Chocolate pastry was so tasty. Anns Bakery is famous for their cholesterol boosting super oily halwas. From 1 kg of their halwa, we can extract 500ml of oil. But this wasn’t the case for this pastry. It was tasty. They should give importance in cleaning the glass door and its handle, also the 2 supertall guys have no grooming. They should shave atleast. I don’t know if its a franchise or not but however they can’t maintain the standards of Kanjikuzhi Anns branch. They have parking space. Convenient location.

Used to be great.but nowdays the quality has gone down a lot and all the products are overpriced

Ann's is a good brand of bakery chain.can get cakes, ice cream, juice, savouries, baked items etc.some of the items are a bit on the costlier side.

Utter waste…Guys if you visiting this place just to have a coffee…its a big NO …Shelfs where empty.and not at all neat…

Palada payasam supplied on onam day 08/09/22was poor quality. They took it from refrigerator, date of preparation written as 07/09/22 and use before 5days. On reaching home it was jelly like even after attaining room temperature. I have to throw away the whole payasam, ₹400/ wasted. I feel the past quality of Anns bakery is missing.

They sell good stuff and therefore have many customers. So you could feel they are doing you a favour by selling you their stuff. Since i
can't find a better alternative when it comes to black Aluva I still buy from them despite poor service.

Beware stale items while buying confectionery with limited shelf life like pastries, especially brownies and mousse cakes.
The habit of sliding in old and stale items with fresh items while ordering takeaways.

On Christmas Eve, the finest fools at the counter can’t take advance cake orders, nor can they tell when the cakes will arrive. Why do you even run this shop? I wonder, I drove to Kanjikuzhi Ann’s and bought the cake.

Can't compare the quality and taste of Anns Bakery's products with what other similar shops serve. They serve the best bakery products in the locality. This restaurant is an okay place to have coffee/snacks with friends and family.

Good quality products baked / produced in their own centres and delivered directly to the shops which are run on a franchise like model. Products are all good quality and of dependable quality ingredients, slightly expensive compared to same/ similar products of other bakeries.

I've always been a fan of all the baked items and confectionery of Anns Bakers since my childhood. Especially their brownies and fudges. It tastes perfect and you get lost in the way the cake melts in your mouth. Really looking forward to my next visit

One of the best bakery in the area with a variety of items. Service and staff could be better. The place is clean tho.

Ann's is a really good bakery. Has a lot of food variety. It is a bakery and not a restaurant. The food they serve everywhere are the ones from the Ann's factory and there the quality is ensured. However the last time I visited this place the staff service was so annoying. Halfway through placing the order he started talking on the phone and wouldn't cut the call anytime soon. He spoke impolitely and I found it very unpleasant. Please make sure that your employees though rlderly people maintain a good customer interaction.
