Comparatively spacious bakery but the snacks served here is really expensive. A tuna fish bread sandwich costs about 50 Rs and chicken bread sandwich costs 65Rs. Both tasted good but quantity is not at all worth the price.
In my opinion keeping in mind the recent price inflation on bakery items, price should be maximum 30-35Rs for that sandwich.

Cream bun that you get here is really good. Same thing applies to uniappam. One of the best I have ever had. Just make sure that you check the date on the label before you buy anything.

I had a very disappointing experience. I visited the shop with my wife. There were only a few snacks available. So, I ordered two samoosas and two teas for both of us. Both were only of average quality. But when the bill was given, I was shocked. 110/- It cost RS 28 per tea and and 27 per Samoosa. I couldn't understand why. There are plenty of tea shops nearby which sells super quality Samoovar tea with fresh milk for just 12 meanwhile here they charge an exorbitant 28 Rupees for average quality tea in the same style and quallity we get tea served inside a train in Indian Railway.

Had very bad experience with the steward recently. I invited one of my friend to home and we were having a coffee here before going home. We were doing a bit chit chat while having coffee and after some time one steward show up and told us that we already passed half an hour duration and we have to leave. He was so rude and I really got humiliated in front of my friend.
Even if you have something called half hour set limit, you can be nice and tell costomer in a polite way or else you write it in your store so that we will know it before entry.
Never ever coming back!

When u think about any bakery, Anns is the first name that comes to mind.yeah its a bit expensive, but the taste makes up for the cost.there cakes are one of the best

I visited the shop on a non busy time and still there was a big lag. The order was taken only after I waited for some time. The billing section also had a big wait.
The food items available here is quality oriented even though expensive. But the service side gave me very dissatisfying experience.

Located by the side of mc road, the biggest advantage of this auditorium is parking facility.any number of big buses can be parked in front of the auditorium (on the roadside). The auditorium has an AC main venue in the first floor and dining area in the ground floor.

Interior designing of the shop is same for last 10 years. Since 2012 from my college time, I visited there so many times. The designing is interesting. But they couldn't duplicate that advantage in food section. Still they have very limited varieties. We tried to get something hot. But only machine coffee was available. And snacks also were limited. While they are having a competitor like Pala bakers nearby, they should improve their menu.

I gave 5 star because I know how hard is it to run a bakery in this era of high competition where cutie pie and few others are in high level at service and taste. I have been to kanjikuzhi branch few years back and I liked their burger. With that confidence today I purchased a milk halwa but its over priced as well as oily. They have written in their store that they don’t use any chemicals or artificial flavoring blah blah blah but don’t that lady think that consuming too much oil/ghee causes cholesterol? Really disappointed. May be this is the way milk halwa is made but we had to keep it aside because we are health conscious. Also its upper surface has become a bit hard and have formed a dry crust. No need to reduce the rate as you have a brand value and your shops are in the middle of town but provide something healthy. I came here because my cousins said good thinks about anns milk halwa. Moreover the staff doesn’t have uniform neither have a smiling face, don’t know why in morning itself they are shabby… Sad.

Hospitality of the staff are very worsted. Try to talk nicely with the customers. Especially the lady staff

Worst service. Even if 6 customers are waiting, the guys at counter is curious to serve a female customers.

Today I bought a cookie and chip cake from pala Anns bakery kottaramattum worth Rs1500 but to be honest it's just dissapointing, normal cream cake taste better than this cake.worthless tasteless and 100% failure no value for money.please don't bother buying their overpriced cakes.

Goo quality, tasty food. Have the legacy in bakery for last 30-40 years. Its not affordable for the middle class family. They serve only quality products at a premium rate.

It's not hard to find a bakery in pala town. But to find a bakery where there is ample space for the customers to dine in, quality of food and also customer friendly staff will be a huge task.
Ann's bakery is one of the rarest for this cause. The food they provide (bakery stuffs) and their drinks are quite good. Whenever I pass through that way, me and my family will go to Ann's.
My favourite ingest their dish is their chicken roll.

Anns Bakery is one of the best bakerys in Pala. It's located inside the Santhome shopping complex, opposite to kottaramattom private bus stand. They have really good home made cookies and cakes. And also a large selection of sweets and chocolates. The service is good. We can also eat there, they have shakes and a few good snacks, However the place can be quite costly.

Anns Bakery is considered, one of the best bakeries in Pala. We get a wide variety of snacks there. I am really fond of their meat pan roll and veg pan roll. You get a wide range of cakes too, though expensive it's really yummy.

This bakery has a great potential to rule the market in pala. But with over priced items and poor quality products they are loosing the opportunity. I went to have a coffee there and was given coffee that was not hot. When asked about this the guy at the counter said, the coffee machine is out of order. If the machine is out of order then serve hand made coffee. Otherwise don't serve coffee untill the machine is repaired. That was a very bad experience. And I also had a sukhiyan from there which was actually half the size of normal sukhiyan and was priced high. You need to improve "Ann's". You need to improve a lot.

They have some really good cakes. Do try the rumberry cake and double choco chip cake. Also I love their spring rolls and puffs. Yummy.

Excellent eatery with a touch of sophistication that the aspiring palaette would consider a foir trade in relation to the higher price for snacks. The ambiance and food quality has tower been mimicked successfully by any competitors till date. The staff is kindly and well mannered to a fault.

Anns is definitely one of the best bakery in Pala (also other places). Many of their items are good (also expensive).
Recently I had a visit during evening and to my greatest disappointment, there was no coffee.and they had only machine tea (not sure if this is standard there).
Also many other usual packed stuffs were not available. Attitude in general was not so welcoming.probably due to the high business they have now.

This place is quite expensive when you make a comparison with other bakeries in the area who offers the same quality products. The case of cakes and paistries are different. It has quite a good quality. Good ambience as well.

Thank you Anns. I'd kill for your rumberry cake, milk halwa and marble chocolate swiss roll. Those were the best we ever had. Also the tuna sandwich and meat samosa are definitely worth a try. Perfect space for sweet cravings.

Quality snacks, parking facility, limited seating capacity so it's a no hangout place for large groups.

One of the best cakes in Kerala. Generally everything takes good here. Bit on the costlier side but worth the quality of food.
