Bakery products are good. They have a wide range of evening snacks in which fish sandwiches are highly recommended.

Really good parking space. But the staff is very less and also the service experience was not great. But the product is good. Milk Halwa and carrot cakes are really nice.

Great customer care and fresh products. Best tasting cakes, halva, and other bakery items.

Cakes were over priced and was nothing special about the taste comparing to other cakes. And affordable only for premium customers. Poor customer service.

Anns is known for fresh stock.hence was surprised when the praline pastry's outside was dry as biscuit. Please don't ruin the brand with stale items.

Very bad quality. Very Over priced. If the quality is high then paying high price is ok but here food items are not much for the price we pay. For a tea they charge 25 rs and its the worst tea i have ever had.

Got some chicken puffs from this store. The item was not fresh and the masala defnitely had some strong foul taste. Nver going to visit this place again.

Service in coffee shop was not reccomendable. Service guy doesnt know the difference of Chicken Sandwich and Veggie Sandwich. High Cost and low in Quality. Filling was scarce both in Chicken and Vegetable jus Coleslaw. Mahi

We had a tea and a donut. The tea was okay. The donut was soft and had a good coating of cream on it.

Delicious cakes and bakery items at a marginal high cost. Overall this is the best mix of delicious items at affordable price tag

They opened a branch @ kanjirapally. Seems setting up going on.bought one plum cake, taste was very good. Little expensive.

Products were new and fresh when the shop started. Now the quality has gone downhill. I went a Sunday evening and the pastries I got was stale. The bread was bad, rumberry cake was dry. Anns have their brand name because of the taste and service and the behaviour here will surely ruin it.

Items are very costly as compared to another shops.with regards to the cost the food is not upto the mark.

I am extremely sorry for this review. Actually in my experience Anns bakery and confectionery interior atmosphere is good. Snacks are not fresh. The snacks like sandwich, burger those are served without heating. So snacks are not good. The size of the snacks is very small and obviously price is too high.

Excellent bakery with a lot of items. Their master piece is milk halwa, pineapple halwa, special roll, snow balls and 'churutt'. We had a coffee also with chicken roll and samosa, that too was good.

This outlet like any other Anns bakery serves good food. The cakes are great. This outlet is chic and very upmarket. Looks great. There are seats for a quick coffee or sandwiches. Most outlets of Anns are modern and bright now. But what I feel Anns lack now is the right type of training. The staff needs to adapt the change and evolve. They have to go a step beyond a behind the counter sales approach to being one who understands the customers and suggests/supports them.

Sorry, this is a very personal opinion. Maybe that’s how Anns wants it outlets to be but my concern comes out of the love for the brand.

Donuts were great but sadly i bought a box of cookies as well which was not that great. It costed 100/- for maybe 8 cookies (medium sized). Wont recommend.

Served tea was more like we get In Caesars Dubai.milk seprate.with two packets of sugar and tea dust another packet. Overall nice ambience and location exactly in Kk road just before kurishungal.
