Great community. There is no other apartment complex with so much space inside. Most of residents are happy too.

Wonderful place to live in. The association is great. They have a nice pool and gym too. Everything is regularly maintained.

Best place to reside in Kakkanad and whole ernakulam.

Fully occupied flat with a small supermarket. For daily essentials. Grocery, stationry, snacks etc etc.

Auditorium washroom should be more clear and be usable without any hesitation. That was my experience

We saw nobody when we recently booked.the look and feel of hotel at present looks like an abandoned hotel.

Good place to stay with all facilities. Children's park, swimming pools, gyms, and badminton courts are available. Also a grocery story within the premise with all necessary items including chicken and fish

I stayed here for 3 months and the accomodation is of top quality. The rooms are spacious with proper ventilation. If you are looking to live in kazhakottam, this place is a really nice space. With a walking distance there's the Andrew's Beach.

It Was A Good Kind If Staying There, Also Access To Gym, Swimming Pool, Steam Bath, Kids Park, Snookers, Way To Ride Cycles And Plenty Of Parking Slots Also Available. Comfortable Staying, Good Securites And Pleasing Service Are Other Attractions...

Nice atmosphere. It's in the middle of the city but still away from the turmoil.

Near to technopark back gate near to karyavattum campus and stadium with in 5km hospital, Church, railway station Kazhakkuttam town, market, beach

Auditorium with just basic amenities. No parking area. You'll have to park by the side of road in front.

These building are infested with pigeons and have 200 flats and 200 screaming kids playing in corridors and parking area. If that's not enough it's right opposite school with hundreds of kids screaming and shouting and on the weekends the...

Stupid association and a lot of good for nothing securities. Unnecessary complicate everything. The premises is not clean at all.
