A small budget restaurant. Opens before all other restaurants, early in the morning. Good food.

Food is just regular veg meals. Very low cost but felt like healthy food. Taste was okok.restaurant is not at all clean since it is very busy all the time. The staff from all nearby shops, offices etc are the regular customers. You don't have to worry about the quality of food. But the way jt is served and arranged may not be appealing to everyone. Only one person was there to serve all customers. I felt like really congusted.

If you are staying nearby Ernakulam South overbridge, Manoram junction, Panampally nagar etc and be free to walk (morning time before 8.00 hrs roadside parking ok but, other timings parking is very difficult) you can have a moderately good vegetarian food.

Pure vegetarian hotel - idili, dosa, masala dosa, nei roast and sweets are also available

Budget hotel but quality not as expected. Not neat and clean interior. Tables and chairs were having food stains.

It is a very small restaurant. It is located at Manorama Junction, near Kadavanthara, in Ernamkulam, Kerala. It is pure vegetarian hotel. The right location of this small restaurant is on the leftside of the Manorama Junction flyover when one travels to MG Road from Vytila side. Neatness is average. They serve limited dishes. No private parking facilities provided. No washroom facilities. Only 7 small tables for dine in. Food taste is average. Easy to access. South railway Station is just a kilometer away. Manorama Junction bus stop is right in front of the restaurant. Breakfast Menu:

I usually refrain from entering places which explicitly say they're a Brahmin restaurant. Came here after seeing food vlogs, like EKE - and also because it was close while picking someone up from the railway station.
Tbh, nothing extraordinary here, just an average place, that's just been around for a while.

We ordered Ghee roast dosa where there is no Ghee in it. Even if we ask them they are not even responding. We asked for sambar even after 10mins he didn't bring us that. Worst service and bad management.

Those who are searching for the taste of common homely food can have a trial here. Food are tasty. I think that they are not adding any artificial flavour. Running with limited number of staff. But they are very co operative. Rate is affordable. Don't expect ambience and high degree neatness. On the highway side. Parking space available for four or five two wheelers only.

Best veg hotel in Kochi. Cheap and best. Try thier vada and jilebi. You will come back again. My childhood restaurant. Pure brahmin hotel

Appu Aur Pappu famous for Jangiri, uzhunnu vada and parippuvada. All of them tastes super especially Jangiri. Must try spot

Awesome vegetarian hotel. With excellent customer service. Their jilebee is mouth watering. What an auspicious taste. Traditional taste. Don't know how to express the taste.

The best veg meals in kochi.their sweets like Mysorepak, Jilebi and laddu is superb. You can have a quality food in a budget friendly price.

The hygiene here is a serious issue. The walls and the floor is falling apart and the stains on the walls. (yuck).
Even the cash counter area hasn't had a proper cleaning and wipedown done in 2-3 years.
The staff is never wearing fresh clothes and they never wash their hands after wiping down a table.
That said - the food is amazing -
Way better than most overpriced joints on the panampilly area.
Their masala dosa, vada sambar and idlis are all super classic tasty vegan delights.
Also - you.must have their Jhangri (Jalebjs) not the punjabi kind - but a soft spongy version. And their Mysore Paak is also just perfect. Their Murukku and other savoury snacks - rather give it a pass because you can feel the maida taste in them.

The lunch set menu - reminds you of the food at GowdaSarswatBrahmin homes- very low on spice - High on natural flavours- a heavenly sambar and perfectly cooked vegetables.
The rasam is also perfect.
It costs peanuts and nowhere else in Ernakulam do they cook rice this perfectly.

Their lack of commitment to hygiene is so evident - even now they don't have an antibacterial hand-wash liquid at the wash basin and whatever cheap crop they have - is also diluted with litres of water.
The dude in the cash counter picks up food without washing his hands.
There lust goes on.
Go there for the food if you have a tummy of steel)

I got stale chutny once and hair in the sambar bowel, when we informed it to the owner he just laughed DONT GO THERE

Traditional Uduppi Bhramin restaurant. This one stands out as a decent affordable option in an area where only expensive restaurants are available. Kerala breakfast items are also available. Noon times it gets a bit hot inside since only two fans are there.

Small Brahmin Veg Hotel with homely taste. Well known for Jangri (Orange color Jilebi), which is made by themselves.
