Worst! Never coming here again. I got food poisoning from here. They should be punished by the food quality inspector.

Very bad food, they even don't know how to make such food in their menu. Its fully wastage of money, you can't expect a tasty food from here.

I ordered fried rice Sharjah shake and lime on Zomato. But my orders are missing only get freid rice. And food also not good

Ordered Chocolate shake and dry fruit shake. The Chocolate shake was soooooo watery. Dry fruit shake has no dry fruits and was loaded with low quality fruits. The quality was soooo low. Totally poor experience.

What i ordered is chicken biriani, but this is just plain rice without masala, and the chicken is also of really bad quality. 180 rupees for this utterly bad food is really unfair

The food doesn't taste good because of the bad quality of the ingredients used to prepare it, and owner's behaviour was also rude towards the feedback.

Didn't received sharjah shake with the combo.and the kothuporota beef was so bad.the fried rice were having a burnt taste and the chilly chicken was not good as it was refrigerated for so long and it can be seen through.
The concerned authorities were not picking up the call as well.

Brought prawns roast through Zomato and it was literally smelling horrible. It was stale prawns served. I threw it to waste bin. Not recommended at all.

Please don't buy food from this ******* restaurant. I ordered grilled chicken from this restaurant via Zomato and the chicken had a foul smell. It was a stale food. After I found out I tried calling several times from different numbers. When the call got connected and I asked for the manager then I waited for about 6 minutes and without saying a word they disconnected the call.

Bought Plate Shawarma from here. Tasted horrible and the quantity was soo cheap. It was very little. I regret ordering from here. The managers are not picking up the call as well.

Poratta is very bad it's more than thickness I think this two days before cooked food.and beef fry also very bad.and the gravy is very bad smell. I could not eat this food and I took it away. Waste of money. Action should be taken against the restaurant

The worst place ever. I ordered food from this restaurant and the food was so disappointing. The quality was very less and the taste was the worst. I would never buy food from this place. The customer service is also worst. I tried to contact in their number and no one picked up the call.

Very Nasty food. I ordered through Zomato without knowing about this restaurant. Chicken was not well cooked in Biriyani and rice was bad and old. Chilligobi-Its nasty and smelling very bad and rotten. Fried rice- I got insect from the rice. Dont buy food from this restaurant and give to your family. Especially kids.

Totally dissatisfied, ordered chicken fry, 65, mutton roast and pepper fry and shakes, Low quality food. Quantity was much less. Mutton was full of bones, chicken was really hard and seems 2 days old shakes was just melted icecreams.

Ordered for a chicken biriyani and got just half a biriyani with a few chicken pieces (mostly bones). The chicken had a bad smell.

Would have rated 0 star, but 1 star is the least you can give, so!

On the ramdan day evening i happened to reach at this Hotel by seeing the fine and bright lights.
Since it was a huge rush and online order queue i decided to order porotta and bdf (beef dry fry). After 10 min of ordering the same person who took the order came and again asked what I need, and I asked him haven't i ordered already, and I have ordered once again. After 3-4 another guy came and asked what was my order, when I asked him back he went. And a new North Indian guy came and asked and I told the items.

After some 20 min the porotta came and still i am waiting for bdf, the porotta which i have recieved is not cooked well and after some time the North Indian guy came with the same full order (he was good and precise) but at that time also the bdf which first guy hadnot taken to the table.

The porotta was not good, the quantity of bdf was just not enough for a single person, if i say a half portion was ordered it will be fine for a single person. The cost of the bdf which is shown in image is Rs: 140, I have gone around 50+ hotels around in kochi and this was the highest price with smallest quantity.

While i have been sitting there i have smelt foul smell of chicken which is taken for making al faham and at last they are putting chaat masala on the al faham packet for parcel/online orders.

So my final verdict is that dont get inside or order by seeing the aesthetical beauty of a Hotel. Try your self/take opinion who have gone there before ordering it online.
