It’s extremely slow service from the staff. Waited almost half an hour for parcel. Disrespectful staffs. And taste wise, biriyani was average.

Tried biriyani, kanthari chicken & chilly beef. Biriyani is normal not too much great or not too much bad. Kanthari chicken is good one and chilly beef is also good one.

Good food for reasonable rate. We tried kothuporota and dum biriyani. Both were of adequate quantity and taste was also nice.

Food maintains quality. What is exceptional is the service here. The waiters here are well behaved and they are good at what they do.

An good food with good taste. And we have been their customer for past few years and I am happy that they are maintaining the same level of taste and quality of the food.

Alfaham was Pretty good. Reasonable price. Well maintained and friendly behavior from the staff.

Schezwan fried rice, al faham and beef biryani is not good (personal experience).

This restaurant located near to Amala hospital. Thrissur kunnamkullam route. We tried kuzhi mandhi. It was good. They need to improve on the chicken.

Service and behaviour is not good.they cheated us.we asked for a normal chicken curry which worth Rs. 80 and instead we got Malabar chicken curry worth Rs. 160. We realised it when we got the bill. If they cheated us means they have cheated many people like us. We really regret our experience.

This restaurant is close to my residence and I often order food from here. I usually do a take-out but they do have some in options also.

For non vegetarians this hotel is highly recommended.

Pretty good food at reasonable price. Well maintained and friendly behavior from the staff. Located near the national highway, just opposite the Amala medical college hospital. Open till late night. Grilled food are really tasty and they have good variety of juices n shakes. (Tender coconut shake is really good). Parking space is limited as it is in close proximity to the busy NH, but is not a big issue during night time.

Ordered via swiggy.one of the worst food in tcr ever.it was very bad food and highly delayed service. Spent 800 plus rs for such bad experience.thrown half of the food.

No hot water for food, al faham was very late and no mayonnaise was given. Maybe it was because it was pooram and there were a lot of customers.

Good food. Average waiting time. Good prices. Good ambiance.
But extremely poor customer service. It's extremely slow to respond and the staff is disrespectful. The staff represents your store.
I had given this restaurant a 5 star rating last time but this time. I'd say two stars is all Ill give.
