Poor quality foodum, very bad customer service um, don't even send your enemies here. Worst experience ever

We had biriyani which was average but the service was terrible the waiter was putting up an attitude for some reason and he didn't even chcek if everything was alright after he served the food he only came back to give the bill, despite of being a hot day they refused to turn on the A/C, I was literally sweating.

Good restuarant in alappuzha town. Amble parking facility. Good food. But if u order food online extra amount they added as paking.

This restaurant doesn't even deserve one star rating.

I got the worst food I have ever eaten from this hotel.

Our order:
•3 Biryani
• 3 meals
•1 carp masala

Even before ordering the carp masala I asked the price and they said 450 rupees. When the carp masala was eaten, it tasted and smelled like mud. The experience of eating carp masala was very bad.
And biryani: It had no taste, no heat, yesterday's biryani tasted like it was eaten uncooked today.
After everything, when the bill came, my eyes fell. The price of carp masala has changed to Rs. 850.
When I saw the total bill, I lost my mind

Let no one else have an experience like this.

Such a great place with very friendly staff and of course excellent food. Highly recommended this place for all visitors

I really cannot understand what kind of restaurant is this.we ordered Thali meals which came with improperly cooked rice and some curries that were 1 teaspoon each.
No staff was available to hear our concerns. Finally we left the place without completing the food.but.a bill came promptly of Rs260+GST.for 2 persons

We did not wait to question about the bills since it was not worth spending our precious time with such looters.we have much much better things to do in life

WORST FOOD WITH KILLING PRICE.

Worst food I have ever had in Alappuzha.poor quality food sold at very high prices.
Aoli curry single 450rs which is not even 50gm. It is also the same gravy as the egg curry.
No one should eat manti after noon. The same stuff made in the morning is served.
I was lucky enough to eat cold grilled chicken for the first time from a hotel.
Not recommended. No one should go. There is nothing but money going.

2 Times visited on the way from Ernakulam @ 3: 30pm & Biriyani was served hot

Helpful Security staff, considering heavy traffic in the NH. Service was good. Food quality was average. Could improve the hygiene as there were a lot of flies.

I bought chilly chicken and Beef dry fry last day the quantity and quality of food is too low as compared to other hotels in Alleppey.
They are charging high pricing on each paracel with less quantity.
So I recommend not to buy anything from this hotel.

Had shawarma. Taste was ok. Too much of cabbage. Place is not that well maintained according to Covid prevention standards.

Ordered 5 biriyani through swiggy. Paid 35 for packaging in addition to delivery charges and taxes. But there was not even a pickle and salad that comes with biriyani from any restaurant. Food was ok, you can say average.

Very high rate & had an uncomfortable luch. Items are short and they are not willing to supply small items again & waited too much time for second supply. Veg meals Rs. 116/-.

One the best hotels in the Alappuzha byepass. You can get good fish curry meals here. Chinese, Traditional and Arabian food are available here. Staffs are courteous. Food is too delicious. Ample parking space aldo available

Delicious Chinese and vegetarian dishes. Porotta was good too.not much expensive too. Must try if you're on Alleppey - Kollam highway

It nice restaurant. We had biryani from there. Excellent taste. Ambiance also excellent. Family/ Couple friendly. But the mosambi juice was very bitter in taste. Else I would have give 5 star.

It was k that's it don't expect much.the Kerala Melas were not upto the mark fast food I think is ok.decent parking space available good place for family. 3 stars mainly for maintaining toilets it was clean and hygienic

The restaurant has good food and also good ambience maintained with the surrounding areas. As the restaurant lies right by the side of the national highway, it provides good food especially for travellers. The restaurant also has their own bakery which is also maintained well.
