Women can join for ₹500, including access to cardio. The gym has all the necessary machines. I've been going there for a while, and I can assure you that you'll see changes in your body within two weeks of joining. The trainer, Vivek, is excellent. He's passionate and helps everyone get fit. When you sign up, you receive a free diet plan and personal training until you're comfortable with the exercises and machines. Vivek varies the workouts to keep them interesting. The gym usually opens at 5: 30 am. It's a popular place for training, so expect a small crowd. If you're looking for a fitness facility, there's no need to search elsewhere.

For sure this gym is budget friendly. The coachings given are just amazing, by greatest coaches. All the equipments are imported, as they are really strong and secure enough. As a physiotherapy student, I really liked the way they give training.
