Bad experience. Manipulative doctors and staff trying to exhort money of patients who lack in self confidence. No results after all the sitting. You'll surely see your bank balance decreasing if not the acne!

Very poor indecent behaviour towards customers. Consulted the doctor finalised for doing six sittings, but during every sitting taking doctor consultation fees apart from the sitting fee 10000. Even though doctor consultation is not necessary from second sitting as we already consulted the doctor and adviced to take the six sessions.they forced us to pay the consultation fee and to see the doctor.but doctor has nothing to advice.they are simply trying to loot us to get the money. Also security is not at all responsible. He is simply standing and talking with the receptionist. Not even bothered while to come out when the customers are trying to park or take the vehicle.

Doctor akbar ali is pushing for prp treatment without even finding the root cause of the problem.

4 prp sessions. That’s all it took to change my life. Never been more happier. God bless you Dr. Akbar Ali. I am so glad you insisted I come for multiple sittings. Money well spent.

I consulted Dr. Akbar a couple of months ago, for pigmentation and I was suggested for silk peel. My honest review, I do not feel any changes, I spent INR 18000+ 250 Reg Fee. 12000 for Silk Peel and 6000 Medication. Now I feel, I should've thought twice or thrice before investing such a huge money.

4k per prp I was just 19 yr old no problem

I had done laser treat for my acne scars 1 month ago under Dr. Akbar. Now my scars have totally disappeared. He is the only dermatologist I have seen in recent times who sits with the patient and properly counsels before and after the procedure in detail. Kudos to team Artes

Today on 14th July I visited Artes clinic for my mother's nail fungal infection. I am not convinced or satisfied with the Doctor. The Doctor's name is Akbar Ali. I felt it's more of business happening there than a treatment or consultation. First thing, my mom is diabetic and heart patient, when I asked the doctor can I tell you the medicines name which she is using for Diabetes & cardiac.he said I know what she is taking.not required. Surprisingly I don't know how he knows about the medicines list which my mom is taking? Whether the Dr add up another medicine or not, it is important for the Dr to know about the medical conditions and diabetic level of the patient. It was a nail fungal infection and the Dr didn't even asked what is her present diabetic level.whether its high or low.it can be associated with Diabetic also. Second, every Dr will write the prescription and explain to the patient and the patient can take the prescription to any other pharmacy and buy the medicines, but here he didn't write any prescription.he said you go to the pharmacy, tell your name and they will give you the medine and you can come and show me the medicines.after that I will explain how to use it.is this is way everywhere? Basically he is making sure bout the business of the pharmacy here.the patient is free to take the medicine anywhere.but here the patient is not even aware of the medicines or how to use it.this is really unprofessional and unethical. Being a Doctor. I would never ever recommend this clinic to anyone.

I did 4 sessions of PRP under Dr. Akbar and the results are amazing. My hair density has increased very well. The most I like about Dr. Akbar is that he is such a simple and humble guy.
I have seen many doctors but none like him.
He educate properly about the treatment.

I have got the best results following the course and procedures she has recommended and done for me. Dr. Surya’s way of dealing with her patients, sincerity in timely making sure her patients are comfortable, and they way she patiently and thoroughly explains and clarifies our concerns and doubts inspite of her busy schedule are commendable. The staffs too are very polite and efficient and takes good care of the patients.

I had a worst experience. This is my own personal experience. I had gone to find if there is any Solution left for dark pigmentation on my entire neck area. I had tried all home remedies. And finally they told me to take skin treatment for better and faster result. Thus i had decided to undergo chemical peeling on my neck as well as on my face. They told me you will see visible change in first week itself. I had followed all instructions given by them. First week passed. Nothing changed. They told me to do once more.and i did and this time only for my neck. No results. That was my last visit to that clinic. Because i had no courage to keep on making trials and checking till my pocket empties. I thought that its a risk to me and an opportunity for them to make trials. I have wasted nearly 3000 Rs. And if i could be able to get results only in 4 or 5 sitting; then why did they say from the beginning that you will see a "visible change" in one week and repeated the same dialogue in my second treatment also. So all said above was my experience. And If anyone say "Artes" i will say " No"

I did chemical peel for my acne, after the first try itself my skin showed a lot of improvement and even other people noticed it. I loved her service afn results, she is really kind and friendly and always makes sure I am comfortable. The staff are amazing and the hospitality is also great. The clinic has always been clean and hygienic everytime I visited and it's well kept. I am really happy with the service, staff and doctor. I am definitely looking forward for last session and in future if I have some problems I will definitely come here only.

Read a lot of good comments but my experience was worst. I found only one doctor good there who was not available when I went for a laser 4th sitting.the new doctor did the procedure too badly that I got burns on my forehead and acne which later left black marks on my fair skin.similarly they burnt my arm also after doing a peel for tan removal.if you have time you can go to Coimbatore or kochi and get the procedures done in a better way.laser treatment gave no improvement except decreasing my bank balance.

The staffs are very good at manipulating our mind and making us do expensive procedures. I can give two stars for that.

I went there for my acne treatment.with one sitting treatment i saw visible result.very friendly staff and doctor.hygenic clinic.highly reccomends to people who suffer with skin issues. Usually doctors made us to buy the medicine from their own clinic.but the doctor gave me few options and told me that i could buy it from anywhere i like.

I consulted here for Acne problem, i tried many home remedies and herbal treatments but scars left the same. After consulting Trinity Skin and Hair Clinic for acne treatment all my acne problem solved and i regain my flawless skin back. Its one of the best in Kerala.
