Mid day robbery. Thats the only explanation needed. Charging 1400 for a single person and giving a totally worthless hotel room can only be called robbery. This hotel exists only because desperate psc aspirants stay there as there are limited options near by. For psc aspirants.please book any hotels near railway station and catch an auto in the morning.

We arrived at Patta at 10.30 pm and did not know any other lodge, so when we got there, the behavior of the person sitting at the reception was full of arrogance and the attitude of taking a room if you want. 1200 rent double room. When I reached the room and opened the cupboard of the old room, I found some old dirty things, waste materials, I could not put the bag in it, there is no place to take a bath from the bathroom, the room is not even worth 500 rupees, the room is very bad.

Not value more money. Either they should reduce the amount or they should maintain the place properly. They are exploiting people's helplessness.

Worst place to stay with high price. IT IS ABSOLUTELY NOT a 4 star hotel as mentioned in the description

Not at all clean and this people don't know what mean by hygienic the vaaste tourist home in Kerala

A neat and well maintained tourist home which is located at Pattom near Kendriya Vidyala, Pattom. The location is very well known for its proximity to many of the important offices including The Kerala Public Service Commission, The Kerala State Planning Board, Kerala State Electricity Board, etc. It also enjoys other advantages of having its location at Pattom as it is close to Trivandrum Medical College, Arya Central School, St. Mary's School, Pattom Model Girls High School And KV Pattom as already mentioned. Thus The Aruvi Tourist Home is situated in a very productive location and that itself Is it's greatest advantage!

A good old Lodge in Pattom center that still maintaining neatness and arrangements. Some rooms may not have television facility. Non AC rooms available for Rs. 900. Parking facilities available. This new building inaugurated on 1995 by Kerala ministers. New building have 5 storeys.
The main advantage of the lodge is the prime location, which is in the main road and near to Kendriya Vidyalaya, Kerala Public Service Center, SUT Hospital, Baskin Robbins outlet, Kerala Planning Board, St. Mary's school and other famous institutions.
Rooms are neat and clean, staffs are well behaving, price also in budget according to the conditions. PSC office is just walkable distance of 5 minutes only. Tourist home is very near to KV school.

If you are looking for a cheap stay this is the place for you. Staff and services are good. Even though the place is old, it is well maintained. Location is good too.
