Worst ever service i had in my journey. Arrogant waiters and I strongly recommend people not to visit

Rude behaviour with customers. Also food quality is degrading with time. Not a good option to go around.

Always busy. Breakfast options good. Noon meals I did not like. Two types of rice available. 5 to 6 side dishes also available but not that good.

Had chole bhature it was piping hot and yummy chole mixed with the buttery bhature was immaculate. But the staff was a bit rude and noisy and it does need renovation on the ac side.

One of the worst customer service by waiters. The worst I v seen in hotel inudustry. Even though food is ok but the way the waiters respond is so bad. Elders are treated very badly.

They served us cold curries in the meals.
On complaining and requesting for warm curries, They just ignored us.
Seems they content with their past laurels and enjoying now.
The managers as well started arguing that this is not a big deal.
Day light cheating.
Would recommend the tourists to stay away for this place, or come very early for any meals, when the food is just prepared.

The food was really tasty. But the customer service was Pathetic. One of the waiters was shouting unnecessarily and when we had to cancel 2 coffee's as it took a lot of time for it to arrive and our train was leaving he made a huge fuss and shouted at us. Along with proving tasty food please try to provide a pleasant environment.

Good food, but the AC level was too cold for comfort. They need to keep it more tidy and clean to remove the flies around.

We went for dinner. They accommodated is immediately despite us being a 10 member group. The food was very homely and less oily.

Quality of food is not impressive.expensive compare to other vegetarian hotels. Best vegetarian I Experienced is Mother's Kitchen Bakery Junction will get different varieties of Dosas. Juices,

Aryaas Park is the one of the best vegetarian hotel in the city. I liked the meals mostly.

Worst experience in my entire life. The lady in the counter doesn't know, how to behave with people. She thinks that we come there to eat for free. Tell her what is manners. She will surely ruin the name of this restaurant. I have never seen such an arrogant human. Being a regular customer of aryas, now i feel like it is better to starve than eating from there.

Liked it even though it's a veg hotel, but one think I don't like about it is the quantity of food, it's too less, well at least for me,

ABSOLUTE TRASH, lady in the counter misbehaves with customers. If possible do avoid the place.

It's beside the NH and adjoining the mamamia restaurant.food i and service is good.it is not Air conditioned. It's best if u visit the place when they provide combo offer. (50 rs for masaldosa n tea, from 4pm to 7pm, At other times
It will cost u around 85 for same. Wash area is Okey.

The manager is a bit rude otherwise the restaurant is fine. Had my train and the restaurant wasn't even half full but then too didn't let us sit there for a while.

Opposite to the Trivandrum Central Railway station and adjacent to the KSRTC bus stand in Thampanoor, this is quite a large restaurant with both air-conditioning & without.
The food is reasonably good. All the snacks like idli, dosa etc are available.
Meals are also available at prescribed times.
The cost is reasonable
Since it is quite a busy area, there is a lot of crowd and the place does good business

In the out side hotel have some pricing board. Food rate nothave any relation with the billing rate
I bought 2 gee roast and 2 tea as per the pricing boars out side the hotel INR100
But the billing 150 don't know what is the additional 50

Food was good. The waiter who attended us was very helpful and sensitive to the needs of my elderly parents.

Taste of meals is very good. U get here both type of rice - andhra & kerala. U can inform them while ordering. U get varieties of items & u can satisfy urself. U can go there for having veg meal.

The food is really good and the service is mediocre. The standard ghee roast and idli are really good. The vada too. The place is not too expensive. I would recommend this place for a quick breakfast or a moderate dinner experience.

A very nice place for food. The food is available at affordable price. The location is also good. It has both ventilated as well as air conditioned area within its campus. Service is available all the time. I would have rather shared my experiences better while face to face. I loved the place. The employees are sincere and very fast. They take orders in seconds. I loved ARYAAS and also want to recommend to you and your family.

A pure vegetarian budget hotel. They serve almost the same menu as any other mixed cuisine vegetarian hotels. The ambience is just typical, the food items are pretty well served and a fine service. They have some good amount of parking space. Mostly crowded as it's near to the Trivandrum main bus stand and the Trivandrum Central railway station.

Aaryas park is more of a quick food for the crowd kinda restaurant. Which means taste is just about okay, hospitality is almost not there (I was in the A/C section, still the waiters were very arrogant and were passing loud comments). South Indian food is good, but don't try the North Indian, it is really bad.
