असुरक्षित होटल ख़राब स्टाफ़ और बहुत असभ्य वे चोर हैं और उन्होंने हमें पुलिस से धमकाया। मैं आपको इस होटल में ठहरने के बारे में सोचने की सलाह नहीं देता। (हम इस समीक्षा के बारे में मजाक नहीं कर रहे हैं, हम 24/8/2023 में एक रात के लिए रुके थे) क्या आप कल्पना कर सकते हैं कि वे मेरी बेटी के लिए बिल्कुल नया लैपटॉप ले गए तस्वीरें वास्तविकता से मेल नहीं खातीं और वे बिना किसी कारण के महंगी थीं, बिस्तर की चादरों से सिगरेट जैसी गंध आ रही थी।
Our stay at AS AIRPORT INN was unwelcoming. The staff did not help us carry the bags to the rooms, so we carried the bags by ourselves and unfortunately there was no elevator so it was very hard for us. My laptop was stolen in the hotel. The staff were not helpful with us, but spoke to us in a bad way. We told them to check the room carefully. At first they refused, but it was too late when one of the hotel guests entered the room. We were at the airport and were tense because of the issue, so we told them to check the cameras, but they refused. We told them we would call the police if they did not do that, but they were arrogant and the were very very rude so they hung up the call. They also used bad language. I do not recommend that you ever choose this hotel as your future destination because it is unsafe and disrespectful staff. Let you know that we did not receive a word of apology for what happened or financial compensation.

The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing especially subin, he is nice person. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel
Only spent one night here but the room was super clean and modern. The furniture is nice and new and the bathroom was big.location is great with near by restaurants and supermarket and 5 min to airport.
Very good experience with AS Airport Inn. Good location in case of early flight, 7 min taxi to airport, our favourite restaurant Salkara downstairs the hotel, spices shop at the same building. Clean, good wifi if you need to work, comfortable bed. VERY helpful and quick to respond staff, they printed out our tickets at 4 am, helped with taxi etc. (Thank you Saravana barathi and Amal).
I had the pleasure of staying at AS AIRPORT INN recently, and I must say it is one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The rooms were immaculately clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and there were plenty of amenities. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a positive stay near the airport.
Walking distance to everything downtown. Beautiful rooms, great ambiance in the hotel dining rooms.although others looked like they were enjoying it! We will come again! Thank you sadhiq and subin!

Worst experience I ever had. Please avoid this hotel to stay if there is any option to do so. It’s the worst hospitality I have ever received.
I specifically mentioned for a king size bed, paid advance 5 days before check in, and once I reached, they provided me with twin bed and asked me to leave the property, if I can’t stay on twin bed. They started giving me refund of amount I paid.
Before paying the advance, all the terms were agreed, had the WhatsApp chat evidence, yet they messed.
And the explanation on this was that, someone else has extended their room and that’s why I can’t get the room (the funniest part is this hotel has just one standard room with king size bed and all the other has twin beds). How can they give the room to someone else in short notice if they collected advance from me well in advance?
And the person in the reception, one Mr. Sadik was very arrogant in his approach. I had no other option left at 5am in the morning with a lot of luggage’s to look for another hotel.
And the worst part is they will not give you bills, unless you specifically asked for. I’m very sure that they are looting a lot of money from GST department via not issuing the GST bills.
The only saviour for them is the location, which is close to Airport. I have used their service previously and was good, that made me to rebook again, but I came to know that it was a previous management (Surabhi) and the new management is very much worse.
Luxurious rooms with 24 hrs room service. Only 5 kms far from domestic airport (COK) and cab service available. Many gift shops and restaurants available nearby.
