Not the best, but it's okey for the price if they ask you around 800 per day for AC rooms for two people. Toilet is not that good, Brocken pipe, tight taps and all. Always check the room before giving them money. And don't rush take your time.

ब्रेकफास्ट पॉलिथिन में दिया गया था।
नहाते समय पानी का रंग काला टाइप का था।
टॉलेट बहुत घटिया और गंदा था।

The authorities was not fair and their attitude was very bad. Rooms was not ok.washroom was filthy and no locks were there

I lost my RS. 500, hotel wasnt informed and when i called back ti the number no one responded and it was my worst experience. Please dont pay in advance i went ti the hotel and it was the most filthiest hotel in cochin. They refunded the money I paid to them bit to fab hotel for booking they said they haven't recieved that money or any information regarding my payment. Please don't pay through them or choose hotels through them

I had stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks. Rooms are very clean and the staff are very good. Prices are low and affordable. Especially the manager of this hotel is very nice to guest.

I booked room through booking. Com. Before booking I called to the hotel and ask for late checkin I will reach ernakulam at 3am. He said ok for that and then I booked room. When I reach the hotel at 3am they are saying all rooms are booked on rooms available now. No proper response. They saying you can go for another hotel. He is saying if you book through online it will be like that only. Please dont go with this hotel

A good satisfactory hotel near North Railway Station. Neat and clean rooms as well as washrooms. Parking places are also available. The staff's behaviour is also good.

The most pathetic place I have ever lived take take 1000 for a deluxe room and say you have a clean room at that price have hot shower but if you see the condition of the room you’ll will not visit it in your lifetime they are the most dirty rooms and there is not even hot shower

Easy to reach near Ernakulam Town Railwaystion. But room is not maintained. Beds and under bed there is lot of dirt, stains, hair. I think they are not cleaning beds and towel after every use. Corner of bed has lot of dirt. You will get allergy. No door for bathroom. If you are single it is ok. You can adjust. Hot water available. Very old and unmaintained room. Do not waste your money here. Better to go for other hotels.

The room was very unhygienic and dusty. The pillows and towel were torn, which indicate the 'age of hotel'. I've checked out immediately after checking in and they wrere not ready to initiate checkout

2 point with lot of strain if you reach reception staff will simply say no rooms no booking on your name- sudden surprise sure with erratic experience you will face
3 there is no sign board seen as ROYAL ASCOT

Just a walking distance from Town Hall Metro Station. The hotel is easily accessible by way of Platform No. 2 of Ernakulam Town Railway Station.
I booked the hotel from Oyo and when I got there, the manager said that I can't give that money. I got the room by paying double the money I booked from Oyo. I don't know if it's the hotel's problem or OYO's. After booking, it would be better to call the hotel and confirm.

ഒയോയിൽ നിന്നും ഹോട്ടെൽ ബുക്ക് ചെയ്തു അവിടെ എത്തിയപ്പോൾ മാനേജർ ആ പൈസക്ക് തരാൻ പറ്റില്ല എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞു. Oyo യില് നിന്നും ബുക്ക് ചെയ്തതിൻ്റെ ഇരട്ടി പൈസ കൊടുത്തു ആണ് റൂം കിട്ടിയത്. അത് ഹോട്ടെലിൻ്റെ പ്രശ്നം ആണോ ഒയോയുടെ ആണോ എന്ന് അറിയില്ല. ബുക്ക് ചെയ്ത ശേഷം ഹോട്ടെലിൽ വിളിച്ചു കൺഫോം ചെയ്യുന്നത് നന്നായിരിക്കും.

I booked with including breakfast but they are not given that and their behaviour also very bad. I am not perferd this hotel for family

Don't book via oyo. Go direct and you will get good rooms. I booked with oyo for 699 rupees. But they didn't give for 699. I can understand the reason. If you book with oyo then don't do prepaid. I got good and cleaned room. Staff is also helpful.

I have booked this hotel via oyo booking service. The picture shown in their website and the actuals is totally different than you think. Totally disappointed!

My last experience of staying in this hotel was hectic.
Very bad attitude, unsafe hotel, aged door handles and 100% chance for spoiling your trip. No invoice provided for the payment.

Pathetic rooms n service. Very unsafe place to stay. They had provided used sheets n pillow covers. Very dirty n unhygienic rooms. The bathroom door had holes. Door cudnt be locked properly. Unfortunately we had prepaid the money for 2 days and they wont give back money if yu dont want the stay. Not at all a safe place to stay. Its close to north railway station only if yu are going by foot. Bcoz its in the backside of station. So have to go by road for 2 km to reach station.
