It was a nice experience shopping at a place where you will find everything that you need for you household and daily needs. Didn't expect to get the products here that I needed for one of the dish for home. Happy to be proved wrong. Was able to fetch what i was looking for and the sales staff executives there helped me with whatever I needed. Happy that a place like such exists nearby so that we don't have to keep roaming heaway for one simple thing. Overall a good service. Happy to shop from here for my household needs.

Had visited this place 7 years back, when I was in Kochi for a short period. Now, i've moved to Kochi and the quality of products they sell is same and excellent. They have almost all the fmcg products when compared to other supermarkets. Parking available.

Well stocked store. Inventory has considerably expanded post renovations. Has fresh produce and bakery outlet too.
Problems:
1. It is closed on sundays
2. It closes too early in evening
3. Parking is always problematic

I am not happy with customer service after purchase. Otherwise, it's a nice place for shopping.

If you buy something how will you take it out without a carry bag? They charges for that bag. Noy good.

You get most things that are needed on a daily basis.
Vegetables and fruits are in a separate counter outside the main store.
On the side of the main store there is a separate counter for fresh meat and fish products.
The biggest problem is finding parking your vehicle.

Excellent Supermarket at the heart of the City. Also having a fish, meat and vegetable section. Also a bakery. At noon time curries are also available.

You get the best quality vegetables and fruits in town in this place. The layout is a bit cluttered and over crowded though-something that could be looked into and solved.

As his Super Market is located near to Commissionerate of Customs Preventive. It is adjacent to main road, no problem for car parking. Here one can purchase provision, stationery, vegetables, cosmetics, toiletories, snacks, etc. All item are of superior quality. I have visited and purchase on no of times.

Neat and clean. All household items are available at great price. Esp, kadala parippu and its cousins.

'Ashish Super Mercato' is a Supermarket in the heart of Kochi. It is situated on the eastern flank at the north end of Shanmugam Road. It is owned and run by the Arch Diocese of Verapoly. It is a diversified retail store where one can get almost all the requirements of a family.
Fresh vegetables and fruits are displayed at the front veranda itself as well as a coffee and snacks counter. A customer can leave personal belongings at a locked cabin of a cupboard just at the entrance. Articles are kept safely in a numbered cabinet which is locked and key given to the customer which can be collected when the shopping is over.
Stepping into the supermarket bring you direct to five billing counters which are always manned by staff. The first racks are neatly packed with toiletries of all brands to pick from. Wheeled grocery carts as well as baskets are kept at the entrance to supermarket.
The main hall of the Supermarket is arrayed with racks containing contiments of all prominent brands and kitchen grocery. Certain items that are available here are packed dried fish, prawns, powders of cumin seeds, cardamon, fenugreek, fenugreek, garlic powder and 'chuk' (dried ginger) powder. All the cereals and pulses used for food are available here. Rice, wheat, ragy (both seeds and powder) are available. Stationary items for students, kitchen utensils and even foot ware can be purchased.
The floor assistants are ready to guide you to the rack containing the item you are searching for. There is a freezer well stocked with meat items, chicken nuggets and breasts, minced meat, sausages and ready to cook cutlets. Just like any other supermarket the shelf just near the billing counters are filled with tempting chocolates. Be prepared for trouble if children are with you. Imported chocolates and sweets are a highlight of this rack. To sum up all your shopping requirements can be met under one roof.
Even though not a part of the Supermarket, there is a cold storage at the main entrance where duck, beef, pork, chicken, mutton and cleaned fish, and 'potty' are always available.

Might not be the flashiest super market out there but it has almost everything you need, all good quality products and a wide variety of them as well.

People may find it difficult to park their vehicles.which is true, but the funny thing is that not a lot of people know that we could park our car at the back of archdiocese of Verapoly by entering through the front gate.
