Service and cleanness is perfect, staff is professional and quick room service. Highly recommended, apart from price good option

Had a great stay. Their complimentary breakfast is superb. I recommend this place. The only complaint I have is lack of wifi. They gave me one which never worked. I hope they work on it.

Unclean room. Receptionist and billing staff are unprofessional. They don't know how to behave customer.

The location of the hotel is pretty good. Evenif you're travelling from another part of Kerala you can easily reach by bus. Very close to the Shaktan bus stand. The food was good too.

Attended a birthday party.lunch was delicious, all veg options were ordered. Very tasty and enough quantity.an eventful afternoon.really enjoyed it.except the audio system. It was real bad. The announcements were just inaudible. For Hotels of these standards, audio equipment should take enough presedents for organizing an enjoyable get-togethers.

The hot water doesnot exist in taps. Maybe 2 degrees warmer on hot water side than the cold water side. Still cold!

Good hotel. Rooms are good and the service is great. There are many halls for small and large gatherings. Food is palatable. There is ample space for parking. No swimming pool and I don't think there is a gym.

So I am an orthopedic surgeon visiting Thrissur from Mysore for a conference held at this hotel. I had an extremely unsavory experience at this hotel. It was a great conference and on 30th of June on the 2nd day of conference I forgot to take my conference badge and during the lunch break an aged hotel staff refused food asking for the coupon in spite of me telling him I was a delegate attending the conference. The hotel management should sensitize their staff regarding behavior towards guests. For a hospitality business they were anything but hospitable. I had to mention the details to let you know that I wasn't someone who was gatecrashing an event to eat some food. Such a humiliating experience.

A star hotel situated in the heart of Thrissur City. Adjacent to the private bus terminus Shakthan Thampuran Nagar. Went for a party. The banquet hall is excellent. Ample parking space is available for cars and two wheelers separately. It's a bar attached hotel. The food is excellent in taste especially the 'Navaratna Korma'

Old hotel.the mobile/laptop charging point was not working. Fittings in bathrooms were old. Room had a bathtub but there was no stopper for water.

Nothing mi to speak about! Their buffet was ok, ambience could be better considering that this is a premier hotel in Thrissur. For God's sake do something about your entry and exit which is a real challenge to negotiate in the car!

I recently went to the "Ashoka Inn" to attend a social event. The 5th floor all is pretty spacious and can easily hold around 200 with some space for the live food counters. You can serve alcohol in the hall, with prior notice of course. The food is pretty good, kudos to the chef. All in all a good place to hold parties and other social events.

Worst experience, food was totally cold, taste was good but refilling was pathetic, when we went for buffet there was crab dish with only legs and when ask for refilling they said it is getting ready and they filled when we were having desserts, they are charging 480 rs if you look at the Dessert part very poor only fruits, ice cream, kesari and souffle, souffle was like jelly, and when i told the manager regarding cold food he was showing fuel from the down side of vessel, and he said it wont be hot more than this, why should we pay such a amount for cold food with out variety and quantity, i would suggest dont go there.

Parking lot is horriblle. You are surrounded by vehicles of people who come to bar. You have to get down between alcoholics

Good food and polite staff. Went there for a meeting. Did not stay so no idea about the rooms. But in all a very elegant place.

We had a plus two reunion here. We booked a hall. The food was really good. They can improve on light arrangements.
