This was the first time visiting ashtamudi salon near kazhkootam and honestly it was the worst experience on my engagement day. Firstly the salon was not opened at the correct time and I had to wait for 20min for the makeup artist, On top of that it was not the artist whom I had requested and makeup was not satisfactory.

I went for a haircut and hair colouring last day in Ashtamudi wellness. I had an amazing experience. All the staffs were nice. Krupa attended me and she was very much patient and dedicated. I loved her work. Will definitely visit the place again.

I went here for bridal package 2 days before my marriage, with big expectations but I was completely dissatisfied with the service they provided. I only knew at the end that they gave me an inexperienced staff to do the package for me. She literally put hot wax on my skin without blowing or balancing the heat and i respectfully told her many times that its burning hot. As a result, some places on my legs, hands and backside were wounded slightly and my whole body has some kind of red rash now which i never had before. Im going to consult a dermatologist because of this. The pedicure and manicure was really disappointing and imperfect.she just scratched off my nail and then barely buffed it. Please train them to do professional mani-pedi. She did very good hair massage but after washing and drying, my hair was not at all smooth or silky. It was so rough and dry that i had to put oil the very next day because i couldn't even comb my hair due to the roughness. The good point is that the staffs were very friendly but if you want good service, ask them for an experienced staff. I would suggest Ashtamudi kollam for a better and professional service and experience as my family members and cousins go only there and they really love it.

Kripa did a fabulous job with my party make up. I would highly recommend her to anyone I know or don’t know)

Had a bad experience today. The person doing cleanup was very harsh and inspite of telling repeatedly, she continued it, At last had to tell her to stop it.got an injury and mark on face along with pain. Informed the person sitting at recepection reg my experience and got a response will speak to the staff!
Anyways wouldnt ever step in there or recommend to anyone too.

This place is so clean and the staffs are well trained and friendly. Price was reasonable. My stylist was Miss Kripa, she guided me through the process and was patient with me. I like how she did the procedure with great care. I didn't knew the exact color to choose nor did I knew what would suit me. She helped me pick the right color and style. I colored my hair and got a hair cut and the results are so amazing.

Services are really good. But wanted to bring one thing to attention. Would be great if the staff maintain proper covid protocols. The lady who attended me for facial had no mask and was singing the whole time. We come to relax ourselves and not to listen any musical concert. I got covid within a week and I would surely blame the salon for that. Staff could wear mask (except while threading) and limit unwanted conversation. I really like the services but is skeptical about another visit. My sister altogether stopped using the services after this.

Very poor hair cut services. I have done a hair cut from this center.even after directing the hair stylest how to style my hair she doesn't know how to cut i just told to do step cut.she looked so confused.she made my hair very very short. It looks worse.

I have went there for a pedicure and waxing full hand. Waxing is as alright but pedicure that too for a basic 800rs way to expensive and not up to the mark.just a scrub and very little massage. Looks like only one pedicure tub is available, the lady who was attending me had to rush cz other staffs were keeping on bugging asking when it is over multiple times which was so annoying.came here after checking the rating but disappointed!

It was totally the best ever experience I ever had from a Beauty parlor. From Prebridal grooming, trial makeup for my wedding and the final make over on my big day was all overwhelming to see myself in my dream look. Mrs Sangeeta Preethesh is too humble in dealing with customers and very much professional to discuss our ideas with her, giving us suitable suggestions for making us look our best. Ms Kripa was too kind and friendly while grooming and dressing up.
