My father was admitted here since 11th September with lung infection/ congestion and other complications. Dr Nadeem Rahman and his team were absolutely fantastic. They were monitoring my father's progress on a regular basis and kept me updated too. The nursing team was prompt and exceptional. Always cheerful and serving with a smile and super efficient too. The Housekeeping staff ensured that the room and the toilet were cleaned twice daily. Never needed to follow up for anythng. The hospital has great infrastructure too. Regular feedback is taken by the admin team, senior citizen coordinator etc and always ready to sort out even minor issues. Last but not the least, the quality of food served to the patients are healthy and nutritious. Well done team Aster MIMS

Everything is really great about this hospital. My father was admitted here for a couple of days and we had a really good experience. Doctors are really good, nurses were pretty kind and also there canteen service and food were really good.

Biggest hospital chain in Kerala. Especially malabar region. Providing all kinds of modern treatments and services. So it is costly for below and middle class families. Staffs are very polite and loyal. If any one need high level treatments, please come and suggest to others.

Worst experience in pharmacy section awaited for 45 mints for 3 medicines even though got only 2 out of 3.less availability of medicines in pharmacy store. What the use of pharmacy in Hospital with less availability of medicines which Dr preffered medicine's. & kick-out this right-side staff from their atleast should give reply if anything enquires from customers

My friend was admitted in emergency department and plastic surgery was done. Got discharged at 10: 20 PM on the same day. It took one hour and forty minutes to get the bills. Waiting for the medical procedures is not a problem for anyone. Delay in getting the bills, that too in a cemtralised system should be looked in to and has to be stopped at any cost. Poor behaviour from the admin staff.

Very poor Hygiene, My Dad got infected with COVID here when he was admitted for Angioplasty.
Very bad attitude of Doctors, they just smile and talk and to extract money from us. They don't take any ownership of patients, keep passing the responsibility between Doctors as various specialist come to attend the patient and when ask some queries regarding the health of the patient they said that is looked upon by the other Doctor.

I think Dr. Chandramukhi, is a psychiatric working in mims hospital affecting the reputation of such a hospital. She is not know how to behave to patients. She look to take more appointments. I think management should take immediate action.

I really protest against mims for Misleading people by giving false news and gaining fake publicity even in case like sma treatment

One of the number 1 super speciality hospital in Kerala located in kozhikode.its very expensive but all the departments available for treatment.various range of doctors available here for the treatment with good experience.very good ambience and very good behaviour of staffs and management.

One of the best hospitals in Kerala. The reason why I give one star is that the experience I had with Dr. Chandramukhi, Psychiatric department, MIMS Calicut. Even after the 4 visits, she did not give any advice and she was keep on telling us to take more appointments and she need more time to evaluate the case (after marriage counselling). For all those appointments she took money and her attitude can not be accepted and it was a total disappointment for me. I don't know how a doctor in Psychiatry field could behave like this, in my opinion she should deal with the patients with care and affection. She always keep us waited for more than an hour (in front of her department) even after the appointment.we were coming from 90km away to meet this doctor. My humble request to everyone is that please stay away from this doctor as she have no passion towards her profession and dosen't know how to treat a patient. She never give solutions and always try to drag the case. Though I had such a bad experience with this doctor, all other departments here are excellent and I had wonderful experience with MIMS Calicut, and they were the life savers of my loved once multiple times. My humble request to MMS is please give a soft skill training to such doctors and your front dest staff.

Very very bad.this is the second time I am having very bad experience with this hospital.first in 2018 it was dr.rodrigues who seemed to be more of a bussinesman man more than a doctor.rather than treating me he was more interesting in churning money.he jst saw the wound at a distance and suggested surgery.and now without any treatment I got better.to hell with Dr. Rodger.the spectacled man.he is a black mark on such a holy proffesion like saving lives.n now I called up to ask if covaxin is available they just banged the phone.it's a complete waste visiting this hospital.money minded.

One side people r trying to save life of small baby suffering from SMA by even donating there very hard earned money but hospital even on SMA cases are just seeing this as business and gaining cheap publicity even on this news

എനിക്ക് പലപ്പോഴും തല കറക്കം (കിടക്കുകയാണ് എങ്കിൽ കിടക്കുന്ന കട്ടിൽ ഒന്നാകെ എടുത്ത് ആട്ടുന്നത് പോലെ തോന്നുക) ഉണ്ടായിരുന്നു. കോഴിക്കോട് ഒരു ക്ലിനിക്കിൽ മൂന്ന് പ്രാവശ്യം പോയി, പ്രയോജനം ഉണ്ടായില്ല. ഒരു കുടുംബ സുഹൃത്ത് പറഞ്ഞത് പ്രകാരം Amster MIMS - ലുള്ള ENT Dr. Manoj Mathew - ന്റെ ചികിത്സ തേടി. യാതൊരു മരുന്നുമില്ലാതെ നിസ്സാര വ്യാഴാമ മുറകൾ കൊണ്ട് തന്നെ സുകപ്പെട്ടു.

Don't know about their hospital facilities, I have heard that they are too expensive.
Went for 1st dose vaccination and was a long queue waited around 2.5 hours in the sun.

Exceptional care even on during this COVID-19 days. Very friendly staff, especialy Nisha was very helpful. She made sure everything was right for my sisters delivery. Thank you Nisha

Only know making money. Never give refunds. Many time tried to contact. Never pick phone, never reply to mail.

It's one of the best hospital in kerala. I consulted various doctors here. Overall good experience. Many pros are there. Still.

But, Pharmacy management is very bad, very slow process, it will take minimum 30-45mins to get medicines. After first 15-20mins they will call you to pay bill then again you have to wait 20mins minimum. Atleast introduce token system with display.

Parking is another issue. The parking ground is not properly managed, it's a muddy, irregular ground. During rainy season most of the area will be flooded. Please concrete the area or make some parking building, as the number of cars are increasing rapidly it will be essential in next 5 years.

One of the best hospital in entire kerala state. All facilities are available. Located at the center of Kozhikode city. All department of health concerns are available.

Best nursing service in wards. Cleaning is excellent. All atmosphere is best. Super speciality treatment. Good experience

Ophthalmology department is really good. Dr. Sujith Nayanar, Ms. Geetha, Ms. Vandana, Mr. Shamjith and all other staff were very supportive throughout our stay there.we had a great experience.

Great Experience of Healthcare. Even though its on Calicut, in and around this district depends on this.kannur, Wayanad, Malappuram, Thrissur districts and Nilgiri District of Tamil Nadu also Depends on this Healthcare fescility

Very bad experience. Especially the staff in the endoscopy department. On 17 July 2021, My mother consulted a gastrology doctor and I was also there with my mother. The doctor suggested an endoscopy but the date for doing it was given for 23rd July (that is after I week, the covid test was also compulsory before doing endoscopy).
We got the result the day itself (23rd July). Everything was normal in that report. But the staff in the Doctor's O. P told us to consult the doctor after getting the biopsy result and I asked one of the staff in the endoscopy department about the result of the biopsy.they said it will take time normally 3 to 4 days and they wrote their number in the bill to contact for knowing the result.
I contact them after 3 days and they told me the result is not yet ready it will take time. 2 days later again l called, the reply was the same.

Today I contact them again they said " you are not paid the fee for the biopsy and no report was generated". And many excuses.finally said not required any biopsy report.you can show the endoscopy report to the doctor today itself.
Today (29th July) just for showing the report to the doctor they charged the doctor fee saying that 7 days were exceeded the date of consultation (Guys remember that everything was normal in that report no issues were found). They created the delay and misfeasance about a report which was not suggested by the doctor.and charged a fee for showing the endoscopy report.

Nursing staff with arrogant attitude / very rude behaviour.
It's not one or two, almost everyone in the new block including Neuro ICU and the 6th floor nurses.
I don't blame them, it's the management who is responsible for.
They have some good doctors especially they are approachable and down to earth.

Nice treatment and care from the staff and has almost all the facilities, we did a full body check up of gold package which covers most of the area.

Heavenly hands of Dr. Ramakrishnan (HOD radiology department) and Anil Jacob (Chief Radiologist) blessed my father today. We have no words to describe the care that have given by them. We are thanking entire Mims team from the bottom of heart

Thanks to the department of ENT for lightning my heavy heart yesterday (17.08.21). I have no words to describe the divine care given to me by Dr. Manoj Mathew and the department of Physiotherapy. My covid vaccination also was taken from there. I can't help mention the department of paediatrics for the assistance in 2017 when I consulted Dr. Suresh with my 4 year old son. Many of my loved ones also had wonderful experience from Dr. Suresh.
It was in 2013 I consulted Dr. Rasheeda Beegum, the HOD of the dpt of Gynaecology for my first pregnancy. For the delivery I had to spend 9 days there as I was suffering from fluctuating BP levels. The team saved my life. The team of nurses was awesome. Attenders in labour room were really supportive. Dr. Hazuriya Sadique also deserves to be mentioned for her soothing words. My delivery story@Mims Calicut is one of the best memories I would cherish in my entire life.

I made payment and taken vacciantion on a sunday as per booking slot I got in Cowin portal, But hospital staffs are not able to provide with a bill for the payment on Sunday, they asked to visit hospital again on any other working day and collect bill then. At least they can provide me a soft copy on my mail. But they are not able to do it. I hope to get a better experience from these hospitals. After providing this feedback on their website, they contacted and arranged a soft copy for me, Hence increasing rating.
