Very good hospital My brother Amrit Raj' was injured in a car accident last Saturday (27/01/2024) evening and was admitted to this hospital with two fractures on his left leg 6 hours long surgery under the guidance of Dr. Muhammad Rafi sir and continued treatment till 1/02/2024. Dear hospital management, first of all, you should understand one thing. I thought that the facilities would be as big as the size of the building. Because those who read the review will pay more attention to the first few things, let me say one thing first. The doctors and examination are all very good. But the satisfaction given by some facilities is very sad.

Today I came with my wife who is 9 months old to take the baby's heartbeat and it took them 36 minutes to bring the sonosite machine to the casualty. They said the reason was that it was in the MICU. What is that thing only in this hospital? You should understand that when you spend more money, you are obliged to provide the corresponding services to the patients.

If you want to provide more facilities, then tell them openly. They can provide more facilities in the local clinic.

The level of service received in this hospital is highly commendable. Friendly nursing staff and cleaners and very helpful doctors. There is always a clean environment and I would definitely recommend it to my family and friends. A professional well run administration and friendliness with which you were treated. You can feel the passion of all hospital employees have for the vocation.

From the moment I walked into the hospital, I was met with a warm and welcoming demeanor that immediately put me at ease. I would like to express my thanks to all the staffs as well.

A couple of weeks back I had a visit at hospital after a few months back. Compared to previous visits there is lot of ambiguity (time wasting) at reception counter, also I feel more cautious approach is required at blood sample collection dept.

Now there are doctors with good experience, but you won't feel busy, the pharmacy does things well and at speed

My daughter son was shown there.it was a fever that lasted for week, the fever went away within a week after showing dr kaleem sir.

Pros:
Good doctors and service. The IP support staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:
Infra is also well thought out but has mouldy celing en ED and some floors.

Issue is with canteen. Food is extremely spicy and chilly is the only detectable taste. Not at all healthy for patients.

Even if the correct treatment is not given, they will not forget to provide the bill on time, here there is a doctor for every disease, Heart, eye, general, bone.ect.and the consultation charges is much higher that other Hospital
Anyone who comes here for treatment must either have some cash at home or take a loan of at least 10 Lakh.

Very bad experience. Only hospital facilities like MIMS but there is no experienced doctors.
