Bad massage, bad customer service and bad experience overall. The therapist didn't even greet me when he saw me and did not ask me anything before and during the session (what I need, my feedback about the pressure, and so on). I have the feeling he was bored. He just applied oil for 1h nothing more. I assume the therapist who gave me the massage is not the best one of their business. If you decide to try there, ask for one of the expert, because I had good feedback a few years ago from a friend who tried kerali massage (massage with feet) from one of the brothers.

This place was a disappointment for me. I had chronic head/neck/shoulder issues. After an initial massage, which was in a nicer room, I was recommended a 7 day treatment. Most of the following massages were in the screened off side area. I went for 6 times total and thought the massages were generally good, and made some progress, but did not resolve my issues and created some bruises on my arms and legs. I suggested to skip a couple of days to let my body adjust. What was really disappointing, is that they forgot about my next appointment and double booked. I texted them an hour before to confirm, but they texted me back only 15 min before when I was already on their street to tell me that it wasn't possible and asked me to come the next day. It was about a half an hour walk for me to get to them and I planned my day around the appointment. They didn't offer any compensation. I didn't feel they cared enough or were truly able to resolve the issues I had, so I decided not to continue.

Only wish we discovered this place earlier. We visited upon recommendation of a local yoga teacher and it was wonderful. You can immediately tell these guys are true professionals and we felt like new after the massage. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this place, it's a family business but all of them are so skilled. I got my best massage ever here and if ever I am back in Varkala, I plan to do longer treatment. Actually their treatments might be the top reason to return.
