Athira Gold and Silks

I went to this place earlier today and the best things about this store are
1. One of the best customer service I've ever received. The staffs are so patient and they pay attention to each details of our needs.
2. This place has got almost everything we will need while purchasing and they have arranged it in a way that makes it easier for the customers to find products.
3. Over all its one of the best place you can choose for shopping with family and friends.

The earring bought on 12th july 2023 broke on the 16th and when I went to exchange it, I had to get an earring of the same weight and pay cash again. Their gold does not have a guarantee. They cheated on the customers for the product that is not even 1 week old, very very poor customer care. I went first and never plan to go again.

I have bought gold from there. Well behaved staffs and manager. Owner is a good man. He has given me some additional discounts also. Their down to earth attitude is appreciable.

Ample parking, Friendly staff and management.

Good staffs. Price is little high as compared to others. Have a average car parking facilities.

Clothing store with wide collections.and is located near marine drive ernakulam in the heart of the city.

Nice place to shop for your clothing, gold and silks needs. One stop destination for family shopping. The best thing I liked about them is they have kept the store in a well designed and thought way which makes its easier for the customers to find what they are looking for. The staff's are courteous and have the willingness to help you find what you need.

4. The lift operators are well mannered and of a helping nature. They help you travel in between floors to make it convenient while you shop,
5. The floors and divided into different sections that makes it convenient and comfortable shopping as you will not have to wait much even if it's crowded (which is something I have not seen as of yet),
6. Well behaved and courteous staff's,
7. They have products for every price range,
8. Easily accessible from any part of the town as it's located on one of the main attractions in the district.
9. They have a large collection of running pieces.

Cons: -
1. Not much brands to offers,
2. If you are someone who shops online, you will find much better quality online in terms of the price what they offer at and you won't feel satisfied if you buy from here,
3. Should allow you to carry the stuff that you buy even if you are shopping from multiple floors, as that makes it easier for everyone to find and fix the mix and match, instead they will take it and give you a card if are shopping for something else that makes you change floors.
4. Planning could have been better of how the store is managed.

Overall a nice place for someone who wants to buy everything from a one stop destination. If you walk into a mall the price range will be higher which makes others walk-in here along with the courteous staff's.

Good shop. I went for gold and it was a nice experience. Very cooperative staffs. They have some saving schemes for two years. The total amount for a month can be deposited as small amounts through out that month which seems to be nice. Purchases using this savings attract a 10 percent discount as well.
Parking space is large.
Especially good for small class and middle class families.

Placed in very good spot which is easily accessible from all parts of Kochi. Gold, dress and furniture can be procured from here.

The best service in cloth section was amazing and wonderfull and pricing is so affordable and good quality

Your furniture salesman treated us very badly. When we went to look at a cupboard the other day, he did not show us the cupboard and he spoke very badly.

Very bad experience at athira silks they didn't allow us to leave without buying anything. A sales staff followed us around and forced us to buy something. We even asked should we buy something we don't like they forced us you should buy something before leaving. We were even blocked at the entrance from leaving as they told to buy something and leave. We never had any such experience any other big shops in ekm. Never going to this place again.
