Rooms are premium and services also so good. Anfaz is really a good Person and his service is also excellent. Thank You.

Room was spacious. Toilet was unclean and smelling. Toilet flush was not working. Ceiling fan has only maximum speed.

Rooms are okay. Fan controls were not working. Bathroom had a bad smell and was poorly maintained. Location is near to the river and about 1km from the falls. Service was good. Food was also ok. If you want a budget stay, then you may consider this option.

Had a good time here. Clean rooms, supportive staff. Has a small restaurant downstairs with limited menu. Coffee & tea is not an issue. 1.5 kms from Athirapally waterfalls and is located close to other waterfalls like Charpa & Varzhachal as well. Silver storm theme park is about 15-20 kms from the hotel. Mostly a good place. Just that if you are a foodie, it may be a bit difficult:)

Good hotel to stay near to Athirapally waterfall, it takes hardly 5-7 mins to reach waterfall from this hotel via car.
Supporting staff, clean rooms, worth staying here in minimal price.

Hygiene and good service. Food was not that great. Still located very close to the falls. 4 times higher price if u want cab or auto through hotel service. Overall, I had good experience. Recommended.

Some locks in the room were not working. Restrooms could be bit tidier. Walking distance to river where one can enjoy bath in summer. Food is very decent when compared to other options nearby.

Best resort for budget stay, very near to river, complementary breakfast nice, rooms neat and clean, manager and all staff polite and humble. Private cab is better to reach main road. Best resort

The rooms are okay, bathroom is smelly and not hygienic. The only good thing is that the property is near to the river. Definitely not a resort, can be called a budget hotel. Food options are very poor.

It's at walkable distance to the river. Budget friendly hotel with good quality and spacious room. Food is also good. We stayed there for 6 hours.

Service is bad, breakfast served was pathetic. When requested to change only 2 egg served for 5 ppl. They are only trying to save every peny & so can never satisfy guests.never recommend this to anyone.

Good hotel. Room service and reception is good. But, it is not in the walkable distance from athirapally water falls. You should definitely hire a vehicle to go for site seeing. There are so many hotels available for the same rate which are very near to the water falls.

Diwali holiday 22nd october 2022 4rooms booked here. Me my family stayed here. Staffs are good. Good service. 20 meters distance river is there. Enjoyed a lot. Food was tasty. Nice breakfast. Thank you team. We will recommed this resort to all Families.

Rooms were awfully untidy. The bedding had hair from the previous occupants. It also had ants all over. The sheets were replaced upon request.

Floor also wasn't cleaned and could see some dirt, possibly from the previous guests. Same with the restrooms.

Unfortunately a bad experience overall. Only positive was the friendly and easily approachable staffs.

Its well maintained and very beautiful resort. Room were spacious and clean. Just few mins away from waterfalls. Staff and services were also good.

Everything is good, near the river, waterfall is 1km far. Host is very kind. Services available at room. They are ready to help and make you comfortable.
Food service shoud be quick and available all time.

Overall the property was good, with good service. But we asked the resort guy water to drink, he was giving us tap water to drink but they use to drink from bottle water. This was not appropriate giving guest tap water from sink, which they used to wash dishes, because of this our whole group got cold.

Everything was good except that hot water wasn't available in the morning. And one of the food items in the breakfast was not fully cooked.

I take back my previous review as i supposed to give the rating and comment for my previous stay in Idukki.
Clirind is a good resorts just near to the river. We enjoyed our stay provided little bit discomfort on AC functioning. We stayed here during last weekend with my friends.

Average property but it was bit expensive when we stayed in December. Food quality was also average.
The best thing is that you can walk to the river side from this property and take a safe bath depending on the water levels.

Good is very good.
The staff is very helpful.
Mr Justin is very friendly and helpful.

Last night i stayed here with my family. Nice resort. Super ambience. Friendly staff, they served us as family member. We will stay here again. Suggest for family, who are looking safe stay in athirapilly

Booked through MMT and it was a sound experience. In MMT they said a room with a view towards scenery but, it was nothing like that. Staffs were very hospitable and location was awesome as we can get to the river side within a minute

Very bad service and staffs are not at all responding. Rooms are not maintained. ACs are not working. Breakfast they provided to us is very bad and found hairs in it. Only positive is it near to Athirapally.

Excellent ambience. Wonderful facilities with brilliant customer care and very tasty food. A perfect place for family stay

The resort was awesome especially the swing (jhoola). All kitchen staffs were on the toe. Food was ok for veg and many varieties for non veg. River is just 50 Mt away from the resort. Anyone have a bath there and change clothes in the resort easily. So go and enjoy the river and waterfall and feel the nature. ️

Casual holiday place, people who just want to club up and chill can go. Not for the exploring types.

Good place to stay for a night after visiting Athirapally waterfall. Food here is okay okay. Nearby also you will not get any options for food.

Good rooms. Only problem is some rooms have seepage issues and hence stink. The staff is really polite and courteous. Very nice service and very helpful.

Good place for stay. Not too much big space are available here. But rooms and amenities are good. Have river near by. Its a good plus. Another thing need to go inside by sub way to reach this hotel. Food and staff are helpful. Surroundings are neat and tidy. Overall good for stay

The rooms are not kept well, the furniture is broken, washroom facility is very disappointing. Plus since the hotel is quite secluded, one cnt even go out in the evening for a walk or to buy something.

Hotel room maintenance was good & restaurant very bad and requesting not to have food here.

I had a wonderful stay in clerind resorts, Athirapilly. The rooms were good enough for the rate. Thanks to the staff for making our vacation trip most memorable.

Very good resort.very well managed rooms.and very good food also. If you are planning to visit athirapally you must visit this resort.as there is river also near this resort.

It is not like a Resort. Price of Excluded food is very high, my guests also complained that they charged Rs-100/-for a glass of watermilon juice. Very poor treat for drivers.

Staffs are well behaved and cooperative.no scenic view in front of the resort.if you walk a little you can reach chalakudy river

Good resort which is very close to River and maintenance is good as well as food. Worth for money.

Good place for a night stay. Near to athirapally falls and could see Chalakudy river flowing parallelly. However they need to improve the food taste. Breakfast was ok but then improvement in food is a must
