ജിമ്മിൽ ചെന്ന് എന്ത് ചെയ്യണമെന്നറിയാതെ വെറുതെ ഇരിക്കേണ്ട ആവശ്യം വരില്ല, അവിടെ ആറിൽ കൂടുതൽ ട്രെയിനർ മാരുണ്ട്. അവർ എല്ലാവരെയും ഒരേ പോലെ തന്നെ ജനറൽ ട്രെയിനിങ്ങും ചെയ്യുന്നുണ്ട്. പേഴ്സണൽ ട്രെയിനിങ് സൗകര്യമുണ്ട്.
വർക്കൗട്ടിൻറെ ഇടയിലും വർക്കൗട്ട് കഴിഞ്ഞാലും ഇരുന്ന് റസ്റ്റ് ചെയ്യാനുള്ള ഒരു പ്രത്യേകം ഏരിയ തന്നെയുണ്ട്.

This is the best place to build muscle and you can also practice martial arts here. There are many training equipments and also equipments for Martial arts here. It's amazing. I really loved the place
