ATS Willingdon Hotel

It is a place where the glory of yesteryear lies dormant. But they are unable to maintain it and the service is very poor. Cleanliness is also very poor

It's an old hotel with restuarant. I was staying with friends during trip and the rooms were adjustable.

Breakfast - Appam-Egg curry was good

I will give 5 stars for the hotel, good hospitality, nice rooms and nice restaurants also. I really happy with the stay in ATS willingdon Hotel.

In my experience the ATS Willingdon Hotel is one of the best hotel in that location and they keep good hospitality to costumers, cleany rooms are available, staff are very friendly to the customer, even the gate keeper. Easy access to public bus transportation to any direction.

Very nice experience of staying at ATS Willingdon Island. The rooms are a good spacious and clean bathroom. The hot water was available in the room. The restaurant food was good but it was taking too much time to serve the food. We spent 45 minutes to 1 hr for each time, But the Staff is damn good and polite and very helpful. I am thankful to the Manager Front office staff and Restaurant staff for their kind service and for their polite attitude.

Stay was great. Staffs are kind and friendly and the hotel situated near the visiting areas for tourists

The Reception staff service were welcoming but the facilities they provide are not up to the mark. It is an old construction, they are renovating part by part. Morning time they start the renovation process, while you cannot have peace. They have a Bar which is a plus.the room had a smell we had to ventilate for 30 mins for it to be livable. Overall its a quite location, with moderate faculties.

My mother in law stayed here, she was very happy with her stay, hotel staff was kind and courteous, they took good care of her. Room was clean and Food was really tasty and reasonably priced. Would recommend it to everyone coming here with family. Good options are available for vegetarian and vegans. My husband and I are vegan and mostly for us it's difficult to get things customised but we got the veg meals customised here as per our preference whenever we ate here. Thanking the hotel staff for their hospitality, special thanks to Ragesh and Nancy for taking care of my mother in law and her food requirements.

The rooms are good spacious and clean bathroom. Staff is damn good and polite and very helpful specially Ragesh and the lady in the reception. Waiter at the resturant he is very polite and served very well. All over everything is good in this place. The only thing to improve little is the lenin. (Bed sheets are a little old) Bath towels and floor towels are good again. Thank you to all.

Me & my husband stayed here for a week. And the experience is phenomenal. If you are visiting anywhere near Fort Kochi, this is a good place to stay. The Restaurant and House keeping staff, including reception are very co-operative and cordial.
We had a special requirement for early breakfast which was also taken care of

Worst hotel I have ever visited. Bedsheets torn, rooms stinky, which they described as room freshner's smell. Flush leaking and when room changed, in that room also flush was leaking. You sit on commode and your back is wet. In TV only one channel running. In wardrobe four hangers of four types.

I had stopped by this hotel as an alternative to stay close to the Cochin Port and what a pleasant surprise. Starting from the look and feel of the overall ambience to the food, it was absolutely fantastic. Each and every member of the staff were extremely kind and accommodative. Nancy at the front desk took great care from sorting the admin stuff to providing any information that was asked. I would like to specifically call out one Mr. Sanjay who took great pains to get me some medicines from a nearby store. Not sure how many staff from other hotels do this, but ATS guys did this without any hesitation. Fasal, another gentleman was rather too kind during my entire 2 day stay. And finally Rakesh, who kept checking on me as I was lounging around spending time before I could head to the airport. He went to the extent of offering me a room just to freshen up. This was really a heartwarming moment. I would urge anyone swinging towards this side of town to experience their stay at ATS Willingdon. I for sure will return here. Thanks team. Nice hotel cum restaurant. All the staffs of the hotel are very sincere, punctual and dedicated.

I came with my family for a vacation and stayed in Ats willingdon hotel. One of the best budget hotel in willingdon island rooms are nice, food amazing.

We stayed at suit room. The room was very clean and spacious. The hotwater was available in Room. In Restaurant food was good but it's taking too much time to serve the food nearly we spend 40 mints to 1 hr for each time (dinner, break fast and lunch). I thankful to Manager, Front office staff and Restaurant staff for their kind service.
