I had full body oil massage a little while ago here. Saji who massaged me has excellent massaging skills, he was very professional and friendly. I had some back muscle ache. He focused on that and brought a good relief to the back. I would recommend Ayanam Ayurveda for massage that I had there.

The man who is running this was also friendly and courteous.

One suggestion to Ayanam managers is that massage room facility such as massage board and the other tools should be improved. There was no full cushion on the massage board, only the head rest. As I entered the massage room, it was stinking. Such feedback may be addressed.

I travelled to Kerala on holiday with the intention to try Ayurvedic for the first time in my life. We (My uncle, cousin and 1) stopped in Munnar first, and since i was free, i decided to try it. (25/11/2022). I was impressed with Dr Prasanth and his suggested remedies as my left arm and shoulder is slightly weak from a lumpectomy surgery 2 years ago, as well as a weak lower back. He not only suggested which massage was best for me, but he also suggested how to manage my pains, and even briefed the lady therapist in detail. I even took a video of his explanation to show my uncle (as i went there alone) and he obligingly presented on video to my uncle simultaneously assuring him that i am safe there. The massage was out of this world and for the next 24 hours my left shoulder and arm was throbbing slightly indicating better circulation which in turn felt stronger until now.
Well done, Dr Prasanth and well done to the lady therapist (sorry, i forgot her name!), God bless you for helping me and making my first experience a wonderful one. I hope to see you again.
