Pathetic customer service!
They don't even let us finish our meals and asked us to go out saying it was their closing time.
They should have not let us in if it was too late, asking someone to eat fast so they have to close is really uncivilized.

Somewhere we will feel the charisma and tradition of 80 years. To be precise an iconic spot and authentic cuisine. One who grew up in Trivandrum can be proud of this eatery.

A tasting place that brings nostalgic memories to those born and brought up in Thiruvananthapuram

Decades back, I had my first Biryani from this same place when I was a kid. Now revisited to have a very bad experience (biryani had a different recipe)

Tried Azad restaurant near the overbridge in trivandrum assuming that it's an old popular place. Ordered Parotta and Chicken Kadai. The food was substandard. Service was okay but the place looks cheap and stinks. Cannot and would not recommend if one is trying to have a tasty meal in a good restaurant with decent atmosphere.

The food was good, ambience good but the staff was unbearable.
The waiter kept zoning out while taking the delivery. Took 30 minutes for an icecream yet no apologies. Poor service with unwanted attitude. Never coming back!

If we see the behavior of the manager on the ground floor, it would seem that we have gone there to beg

Not that good food they make food in a different place for their all outlets and food price is on a higher side and taste is not that good

Service was very poor. We waited for almost 20-25 minutes but the serving was delayed. Very disrespectful attitude from the staff. Will not recommend this place

Best mutton curry I've ever had.nice ambience and good food, clean place.the only problem is with parking.

They have the worst service. Rude staff and just average food. Surviving just because of the established brand name.

Me and my wife went to eat here. Second floor. This guy in glasses who came to take order. Was staring at my wife in a bad way. I had to switch seats with her, but still when he came around to take order for the other table. My wife said not to make a scene. He was looking at her, and then pretending to look at phone while taking order. We ate half. And left. Food was great. But not coming back here.

Good tasty food. Nice service. Seating space is less.always crowded and waiting que there especially in weekends. Chicken biriyani and mutton items are their signature foods.

I ordered a chicken noodle its not worth it. High price comparing to the price it wasn't soo good but good in quantity. 2 out of 5 my ratings. And also there's no gpay facility available only cash or card payment

Food was really tasty. But two stars for the bad service. Missed 2 of our items after waiting for 45 minutes.

Mutton biriyani very coastly, but little lesse than zam zam. Taste is okay nothing much just satisfied. Quantity is very much less if u r a foooddy.nd only good think is i get 2 or 3 smaall mutton pieces.usually we get mutton borns only.

Hygienic, Ambient and Respectful. The waiter was kind and prompt, it all adds to the flavour of the food, while the food is already competent with even the latest flavours in town. Something worth learning from long running institution.

Nice place to have mutton with appam. Order will get delayed. Really can have some quality time

The food was good. It was tasty and was of good quality also. Parking would be difficult here. One of problem here is that the cleanliness is not that good. They need to improve that a lot. Service was also good.

High rate, low quality and quantity. Rs. 220 /- for a Chiken biriyani and which is much lower in quantity. Customer service is also not satisfied.

One of the standard hotels in tvm.curry’s and dry items almost taste similar.please don’t buy biriyani your expectations kills.other items such as Nalli, Mutton curry, mutton dey, chicken items are okey.compared to other hotels.it’s actually better in hygiene.please don’t go to vazhuthacaud Azad.there staff behaviour are worst.rest of them are good.

Had Alfaham and spicy grill. Spicy grill was a bit oily, still its good. Overall superb ambience and food.
