Badminton court fine but changing room really bad.no proper door or windows.hard to sit and watch in court.too much of mosquitoes.

Great facilities, friendly and helpful trainers, easily accessible and has ample parking space ; all at a very reasonable price!

I’ve been going to Bfit gym, on and off for the last 9 years. Every-time I’m back in Cochin, I try to attend the morning group fitness class. I absolutely love it. Bindu Aunty is a force to reckon. Seeing her so energetic and active early in the morning is extremely contagious. Made me realize age is just a number! This is a group of hard working people of all ages who push themselves every morning to get more fitter and it’s a wonderful to be a part of this group. I love how we do a different workout every morning five times a week. What’s even better is that, it’s priced at an affordable rate, making this wonderful program even more attractive. I’m got so much fitter now because I ended up pushing myself so much more while working out with the group. This is something I probably wouldn’t have done as much, had I worked out on my own.

I also started my fitness journey with the gym facility at B-fit, my first trainer is still a staff member over here. I was a complete novice to the gym and everything related to indoor workout. I love how they patiently turned me into a gym rat, so this place is very special. It’s not crowded and you can find your own pace. Like all gyms, it boils down to how much effort you put in to see the results at the end of the day. From their end, I believe they offer a fair share of options to find something each one of us will love at a very modest rate. Do not fail to check out their rock climbing area if you ever visit the gym or their group workouts! Especially if you absolutely hate workouts, then I would most definitely suggest you join the group workouts to see yourself slowly getting into the grove:)

Also, this gym is very conveniently located in a safe and peaceful neighborhood with plenty of parking. Making it a very accessible place, especially with the metro station now located less than 50 mts away.
