Generally the services are good.

Points for improvement

1. The waiting time for lifts is very very high and when the lift arrives whose night is more, he will enter. This creates difficulties for sr citizens and others with some disabilities. Hospital management needs to think about this and evolve a practical solution.
2. General perception about this hospital is that the charges are on higher side. Management may review and try to optimize this.
3. Parking for visitors to hospitals- a top priority item which needs immediate attention- Earlier when I visited, due to non availability inside the premises, reception people directed me to use the pay parking facility opposite to the main gate of the new block. I used at that time (20/ or 30/). Last week when I visited, they were charging 50/ which I feel is exorbitant. If Management has a say on this, please arrange to reduce this fees.

Not here to comment about doctors. Nobody picks up the call and server is always busy even after trying for continous hours.and they are not calling bacm aslo.they will give a whatsapp link for further contact. But cannot get the details clarified always.

Hi my name is Leo Godson. I went to Dubai soon after my college studies in 1984. For the past two years, I have been settled in Calicut after retiring from Dubai. My problem was that I had complete nasal blockage and cold at night. I suffered from this for many months, thinking that it was a common cold and would heal after some time, but it became unbearable after a while. Salil is my friend and schoolmate. We have known each other since our school days and he is a manager at BMH. I told him about my sickness and he recommended ENT specialist Dr. Anoop Chandran to me. I consulted this doctor and with just one appointment and treatment, I was completely cured of my blockage. I am very happy and much relieved. I just wanted to thank Dr. Anoop and Salil. People like them are an asset to the hospital. I am very grateful. Now I can sleep well without any difficulty in breathing. Thank you, BMH.

Doctors are very experienced with great knowledge, Nursing staff specially Dialysis team is great. Over all stay at Hospital.food arrangement are very good

Good hospital with great medical facilities and experienced doctors. Excellent staffs along with safe and well organised nursing care. OP timings has to be looked into specially for those coming from long distance. The PR staffs are also very friendly, special mention to Mr. Ajith who helped and took care of me like a family member. He also kept a check on my health post discharge.

Staffs were very helpful and adjusting. They were considerate and supportive throughout the time. Thanks to one and all.

I'm extremely happy with doctor's service they are giving special attention for every patients. Getting good care.but it's disappointing to say about the attitude of billing staffs.and food service also disappointed

I really appreciate Dr. Pradeep P. V Endocrine Surgeon and the entire team comprising of Dr. Shikhil, Dr. Jayasree, Dr. Raghuram and others who really helped in my Thyroid procedure in BMH.
Really appreciate Dr. Pradeep P V for his expertiness and overall friendliness and care for making our stay in hospital feel like a home away from home. Pradeep Sir, you were really approachable and always reachable in all means to answer all our queries and help us.
Also to call out Dr. Shikhil who visited us in person and gave a thorough explanation of all the procedures being undertaken as a part of treatment so that there is no panic.
And of course thanks to all the Malakamar.exceptionally Sister Anjana M and others who really took care of me during my stay here. Special mention to all the Customer Relationship Executives and house keeping staffs who came and visited us personally to ensure that all our needs during our stay @BMH  are taken care exceptionally well.

Overall a big  Thank You BMH  for the exceptional treatment offered.

He just left my face with many scars!

One of the best hospitals I have been in kerala these years. My father was admitted for almost 2 weeks and my mother unexpectedly suffered a fracture during the stay there. The staffs are very coporative and attending to patients very well. Doctors where especially good to my parents. All procedures were done exceptionally well. Decisions taken by Doctors were the best for my father's condition. Doctors were very patient to us and explained everything in detailed taking their time.

I had adimitted 3 days before for a surgery n my knee the surgery was done by dr SHILLER JOSE very special gratitude doctor and his entire team and very special thanks to the nursing staff who cares me for the last threee days

i have one suggestion that they should add the medicines of the discharge n final bill and they shld deliver n the room once patient is getting discharge

I am very thankful to doctors at BMH Gastro dpt where my husband was admitted under Dr Biju. The team of doctors led by DR Biju gives us the confidence with his exp a big thank you A spec mention of thanks to Dr Pradeep, Dr Sameer, Dr Ganga Prasad for their expertise and support. They are supported by well equipped nurses. Alphonsa leads her team with a very compassionate approach and her team of nurses does their best for the patient. Ajith as a PRO helped with daily check in’s and other admin requirements really appreciate. With a lot happening around my husbands medical condition BMH doctors led by DR Biju helped to get us through tough times thank you!

Dr Bavin Balakrishnan I met sir three days back with complicated pregnancy issues, actually I went aster Mims and from aster they said to go for Admition and immediate surgery that also no hop, then I called one of my friend he giver Docter details, I went sir clinic and after showing all the report he given very good positive hop and mentally support also, till now ntg hpn, admitted in baby memorial hospital.
My suggestion If any complicated Gynecology case I can promise he’s the best doctor in Calicut city, Very good obstetrics and gynecologist in Calicut city.

Very good staff really appreciate their service because of their service thought to celebrate my Son's 2nd birthday also from there they all where like our family member, Thanks team BMH also would like to thanks Mrs Susha Manoj, Dr CK Sashidharan sir and entire Nursing staffs and Others for all support including cleaning, and Housekeeping from 9th Floor old block Room No 972 also like to add the security staffs at Car parking was so corporative that every time I used to get some place to park my car and they used to some how manage to give that service really appreciate,

1. Baby feeding room at ground floor is not clean and chairs and stool are very old and VERY DIRTY. Please keep the room clean and tidy as it may do infection from those unclean chairs and area to small babies. Having a good and clean feeding room in hospital is a right for those who carry babies at hospital for consultation.

2. Counterstaffs are very slow in their duty as they consume lot of time to process one patient OP ticket and its further computer works. During revisit also it consumes more time although have Patient record in system. Lot of people were in que for long time due to slow operation and it made fed up. Poor administration.

One of many good hospitals in the city. It has good facilities. But parking is a big issue. Now they have a parking area but they charge for parking. Parking is actually part of the service they provide and they shouldn't charge for it. The same thing happening in malls also. It is their responsibility to provide parking.

I'm currently 9 months pregnant. I had the worst experience with one of the so called best doctor Sheila madusudan.no advice, full of negative, bad service, purely management game. Also if called for any emergency they say they cannot say any medicine names outside.
They are least bothered about patients health.
I was affected with covid19 when I went with an emergency.they dint treat me, but just gave me some antibiotics and asked me to get discharged.
Worst hospital ever ever.
Please save ur lives ladies.chooose hospital wisely.

Was hospitalized for a week with out a by stander, the nursing staff was super courteous, professional an always willing to help. Mr. Saleel the manager a special mention for helping me with my admission and my go to man for all problems, forever ready to help patient. Mr. Ajith the PRO was always willing to go the extra mile, overall 5 star's
