BaQueen Homemade Bakes

Have ordered red velvet cupcakes for my niece's baptism. Expected a little big cupcakes, as it costs around 400/- for 6 cakes. The cupcakes were well packed and delivered to my home for a reasonable delivery charges. I must say the cupcakes were yummy and will purchase more in the future.

I had a very bad experience with the girl. We r ordering 4 first tim so my sister msgd her in watsapp owner asked d date tim n other details. We thot she confirmed n asking details. As we r ordering 4 first we dont kno her rules. I talkd so politely, she was really rude. I was shocked, y she is speaking lik this. I msgd her 'u r too rude. 'She calld back n shouted. As ordering 4 first time we dont kno about her ways. Usually when we order for cakes when thy ask for tim n date we normaly think they confirmed d order. Its not the matter of confirmation but her behaviour was too bad. One should kno to respect other than learning to bake. Feeling sooo sad. She is a little colg girl felt so many love n respect towards her hardwork. But her talking. U r not d last word for cake. I hav never posted a negative comment in my whole life.

I order cakes only from BaQueen, be it any auspicious occasion of my life. She makes the best cakes in Trivandrum. Her Chocolate Truffle Cake is my absolute favourite. She is very customer friendly and very responsible in her work. I absolutely recommend her for everyone who wants to taste the goodness of cakes in Trivandrum ️
