Barbeque Nation - Kochi

We went to the restaurant to celebrate my nephew's birthday which was done in a fantastic way.we booked dining over the phone and took the package. The food was delicious and the ambiance was nice.staff are friendly.

The service was good.
Food options are less as compared to Barbeque Nation in Bengaluru & may be other outlets too.but compared to other buffet options in Kochi, seems worth the price.
The dessert options were good, barbeque is definitely good.
Disappointed with chaat options & the kulfi doesnt taste authentic.

The Kacheripady outlet is a little isolated & inconvenient.not preferred.

Really a great place to have lunch and dinner with your family.
The food was tasty and the staff were good.

It is always a 5 course buffet and nothing else, yet it is amazing how they make it untiring each time. The 5 course of barbeque starter, soup, salad, main course and dessert in itself are a gourmet's delight, with chhatt and different flavours of kulfi making it irresistible. Each time they overwhelm us with what they serve and how they serve. Keep going.

Terribly disappointed with food and service quality. (Vegetarian) The starters (except pineapple and crispy corn) very just barely average. Each dish in buffet main menu was very below standards. Sunday lunch spoiled. Not a place for vegetarians.

Had a very bad experience in BBQ.receptioninst one Mr arun kumar as per our knowledge cancelled the reservation without intimation even though we were Continues calling them that we are on the way. Receptionist guy treating us like a slave. Not at all meant for the job.

We had a terrible experience at bbq nation. Despite booking the seat, they told us that the booking was cancelled as we were late. The staff was extremely disrespectful. We were a family group, that too included a kid and a physically disabled person. We were not expecting any consideration but polite communication from the staff. The customer assistance handled by a staff named Arun Kumar was shocking. We called online customer service for raising the issue and they offered a seat at the earliest but the staff there was so adamant that they won't give the seats. He was very rude and made us wait for nearly one hour. Despite waiting no seats were provided. When we were waiting, they were allowing other people in. We had to leave the place on one of our celebration days which spoiled the fun of the entire day.

Worst customer handling.
Receptionist don't know the basic etiquette.waited for 1hr on my crutches. If we do the online table reservation also, they may not allow to get in on the same day, even if you are handicapped.
Not a single person know local language.
Don't have proper communication with customer.
Receptionist may ask us to postponed our birthday celibration to the next day, even if we reserved a table.

I was not that happy with fish grill.but biriyani, moong daal halwa and everything else.was simply finger licking good.

The Kochi branch of BBQ nation was good but not so great. Had a family lunch for 10+ folks, and the food didn't match up to the branches I have been to outside the state.

The service was great as expected from BBQ nation, attentive to our suggestions, and proactive. The skewer handles have started to fray and break, goes to show they need to be replaced.

Sone of their best starters where not on the menu, kebabs especially was missed.

Good food but it was very crowded when I visited, which created a very chaotic and noisy atmosphere.

Great service. A wide variety of dishes. A unique experience in Kochi. You get to be part of the preparation, with grillers provided at each table. The grills are the highlight. You get a wide variety of grills from chicken to prawns. You also get access to a multicuisine buffet. Located by the side of MG Road, it is easily accessible with ample parking space. Usually more active at night.

Negative review is for the bad delivery option called barbecue in a box. The qty of food is minuscule and the quality is not even as good as the local barbecue shops.

I loved their starter. The grill was nice and mouth watering. Main course was not up to my expectations. Must try their kulfi. Those are out of the world.

Today we ordered Barbeque in a box having varieties of item after hearing about it through vloggers, it was a disaster experience. I couldn't remember taste of any item because I can't call it having a taste.seriously. The hype is just nothing. Only raitha and gulab jamun tasted good. The very common item Dal tatsed like a Masala curry, Butter chicken was overly swetened and the smoked chicken wings were not cooked well, Mutton gravy was over spicy. I mean a not so good experience and value for money.

Worst experience ever in my life. Never expected this from Barbeque Nation. Ordered for a platter Non-veg overload of 1099/- from zomato but was not at all worth the price. At first, their mayonnaise was terrible. The gravy of all curries tastes the same. And almost all the dishes were undercooked. Only thing good about them is their packing.had the worst carrot halwa today.would never recommend anybody this spot in future.

A fantastic place to spend some good time with family and friends. Unlimited starters with grilled chicken and fish dishes when we visited. If you are a grilled items lover, this place is an excellent choice with a nice ambience. Cleanliness is maintained in every fashion and staffs are really supportive. Buffet is not keeping that much standard as expected comparing with starters but still fine and we can windup with a wide variety of desserts, ice-creams and kulfi.

No parking facility, building security charged parking fee, and they were not ready to redeem the parking fee even we 4 people had dinner

The food was just ok and even during this pandemic, no precautionary steps taken.over crowded.
But 1 thing to appreciate was the waiter who served us, Mr. Abhishek Kumar. He was excellent. His service was very good. He was able to manage the requests of the customers.

The grills were average. They frequently ask for the heat level but which not acceptable for us. They keep a BBQ pit Infront of us. But it is of no use. Because of the air conditioning the food become cold after delivering. Their birthday celebration seemed little quirky.

Celebrated our Anniversary here. Good food and service. I was not satisfied with the fish curry initially and I communicated the same when the server was checking on us. After a few minutes he came up and served us the curry again incorporating the feedback I gave. I was so much happy with the service. 5 stars

Barbeque Nation is a awesome place. I love their different types of barbecue grills. Chicken, shrimps, fish, potato. Their starters ate nice. I was not happy with the main course. Juices and mojitos were interesting. Desserts were also yummy. Their service was outstanding. They celebrates special occasion for us like birthday, anniversary like that.

Decent food but, more importantly, great service. As an owner of a business myself, I felt I owed it to them to highlight this point. Great family atmosphere and super baby-friendly place.

I must say the straters are just osm! Top class service too.every attender is well trained. But was lil disappointed with the main course which felt too northy masala.other wise it was perfect. Anyways loved the ambience, food and Service. Good place to hang out with friends and party!

Best BBQ joint in town. Starter skewers has options for prawns, chicken, filleted fish, pineapple, mushroom and corn. Buffet course is not that good which is okay considering that is not what they are well known for. Has a decent variety of desserts and a kulfi/chaat bar to top it up.

The quality of food has gone down drastically. The barbeque swekers look severely malnourished and everything tasted the same. The plated were dirty and had to be returned for cleaning. (unbelievable for a place that charges approx 1 K per pax). The salads were comically unique: onion salad, cucumber salad & carrot salad. They have deconstructed the simple veg salad into multiple salads. The mains were below average, so were the deserts, and At the end Beware of the Unsolicited 4% service charge in the bill which I got then to remove.

Had the best time in quite a while. The food was delicious and the staff professional and friendly. The one thing that stops me from giving it 5* is that the decor, the interior could be made a little better and updated. All in all an excellent buffet option for family and friends and a must try for birthday lunch/dinner too.the birthday song by their staff is just too sweet for words!

Awesome place to tingle your tastebuds. Early reservation needed. Food is tasty and fresh. Dessert is awesome. Staff are really friendly. Restrooms are well maintained. Parking can be a bit of a trouble with a narrow lane leading to underground parking space. But valet parking available free of cost. There is time slots to reserve for tje buffet.

Celebration of my cousin graduation with family. We were celebrating with family on my cousin becoming a dental doctor. We had made reservation on the phone and reached on time. When it comes to food we can’t find any mistake and this has been our families favourite hangout place and we have been to this restaurant several times as family earlier also.

Best place to eat, eat and eat! Spent 3 hours at this place and they kept serving without any breaks. Hats off to the waiters and supervisors.

A far cry from the experience in Bangalore bbq. But much better than the one in Trivandrum. The spread was much less and very few seafood items inspite of being in kochi

Hi, just washing from my hands at Barbeque nation Cochin. Pathetic food since I have been to most other states of barbeque nation, taste and quality of food is worse ever. You will destroy your brand if this is the case of food you guys are serving in God's own country! Wrong information yesterday given by the executive who handled my call stating that it's having liquor but wrong communication. Kindly look into these bcoz me and my family loves barbeque food.

Excellent place to have some good food. I have been to other Barbeque Nation in Bangalore and the taste of the food is consistent everywhere. Good place for the family and friends and the staff Badshah and Sujith were good and hospitable. We specially liked the magic show by Anish and he was very good with his tricks.quite entertaining.posting a photograph of him. If there's any place like heaven in Kochi, then this would be it! It's not your average all-you-can-eat restaurant. From start to finish, it's a delightful experience, no doubt. I usually go for lunch as it is more affordable compared to dinner. And yes, I skip breakfast on such eventful days and concentrate more on the starters and the desserts. Apart from fish, every other starter tastes great. But two standouts for me are the pineapple and the chicken drumsticks. Both are to die for! Their signature dish, cajun spicy baby potato is really good too, but last time I visited, it didn't meet my expectations. Coming to the desserts, they have items aplenty. Chocolate brownie is my pick here and I kept on going for it again and again. And how can I forget the kulfi stand? The strawberry and malai kulfi were handsdown the best. And lastly, the main course. It is actually okay, I don't find it that good or anything. There are a lot of options however, but I usually skip it altogether so that I can enjoy the starters and desserts more. Not that the main course is bad, but compared to the rest of them, it's somewhat lacking. The service here is great. It's really quick too and the waiters are all-ears for our suggestions and queries. Ambience too is top notch and I feel that it is the perfect place for celebrations. The price may be expensive, but the VFM is so high that you wouldn't even feel that way after you find it unable to walk in the end! All in all, look no further for the perfect dining experience in Kochi. Even after having so much, you'll keep coming back for more and that's where their success lies.

Courtesy and Taste - no parallel to barbeque nation for these two. One of us were late to join, but they treated him just the same. It is not easy we knew, the late comer even thought of skipping the starters, but the staff's courtesy was so heartwarming and our friend had a hearty meal. Will return here many more times.

Very tasty food and excellent service. Unlimited barbecues are truly unlimited and whichever we like more and served till we ask to stop. The spread other then the barbecues are also at par with any buffets.
Sometimes we even feel if the care is bit too much. Probably there are incentives linked for waiters based on our feedback.
The place is always full and reservation is a must mostly. Online reservation also available.

We decided to choose Barbeque Nation as our team lunch venue, and we knew we won't regret it.
My sister had reserved a table for 4.
On arrival we were greeted by Naresh Manna who said he would be our host.
They had a Punjabi food festival running at that time and everyone from the restaurant was wearing Punjabi style.
Naresh assured that the all the regular items would be present, but in addition, some Punjabi specialities and Live counters would be available in addition.
We had plenty of starters, I mean plenty, all kinds from veg, mushroom, fish, prawns, chicken and you name it, if they had it, we have taken it.
They had 2 live counters, one for chats and another for stuffed parathas.
Main course had soup, Biriyani (veg and chicken), pulav, roti, kulcha, salads
Finally for dessert, they had kheer, pastry, gulab jamun, cakes, ice creams and some more items.
We had a fantastic time.

I've always had good memories with every of the BBQ nations I've been to yet. Kochi was no different, great staff, great food and a beautiful family time.

Happy hour is the best thing about Barbeque Nation! Its the best place for people who love to have one and a half tummy of food, Hahaha! Definitely, this is a clean choice to have some real good food time.

Barbeque nation was a good place for the people who eats too much.but overall everything about this restaurant is absolutely stunning.they serve good food and the service is absolutely amazing and I loved it. The best part is the fish barbeque I really recommend everyone to visit this place.but the only downside is that it is too expensive.it is buffet and it cost Rs. 800 per head
