Located in food court infrnt of waffle chef at 3rd floor, shoball city mall.

Good quality ice creams. Selection is less compared to other places being its a gondola. Staff behaved well and patient enough for our well enquired selections.

You will get to taste the flavour before ordering, which is a plus point. Wide varieties of tasty icecreams are available here. But, It's a small counter in the Shoba city mall's food court and is often crowded on the weekends.

Even though the ice cream served here is bit expensive it's tasty and of good quality. The male staff (we went here around 9pm) working here is polite and well mannered. This place is hygiene. They offer around 30 varieties of ice creams. You can prefer cup ice cream or cone.

Ordered a milkshake of Rs. 189, but when I got the bill, I was disappointed by seeing the amount of Rs. 309 with a different item name. When I enquired about this, they are not bothered to justify/address my concerns.
Please avoid this outlet as they are cheating the customers and destroying the reputation of Baskin Robbins.
Staffs are not professional at all. Quality of the item served is very poor.
Totally disappointed even to give 1 star!

Baskin-Robbins a really good ice cream in Sobha City Mall.it has competition from plaza nearby but Lhasa is not that good and Baskin-Robbins with brand and good budget of a variety of food like ice creams and shakes the customer service of Baskin-Robbins is remarkable and good food they offer is clean and hygienic

Baskin robbins is always a sure shot. The name itself gives us a guarrantee about something we are going to have. Atleast they wont compromise on the quality of the making. Chocolate shake os something everyone must try here. Its favourite of my love. She is a die hard fan of the shake here. I too love almost every flavours i had tried from here.
