One of the worst bata showroom in trivandrum. I have purchased a product and that was a damaged piece and the authority refused to claim my warranty.

There are Lot of collections at very affordable price. Quality of the product is also good

A place with good collection.the team of staff is friendly and ready at ur service.thy have limited shoe size for people with small foot but helps u out to get the best.

They only have the costlier shoes and sandals with then unlike the bata like for egthe one in dadar Mumbai or even the one like Kozhikode which keep shoes for ordinary people also. Getting bata online in Trivandrum seems a better bet. Plus low parking space also.

Very good customer service here as well as good range of shoes to choose from. The prices are on the higher side, but the quality of both the product and service is worth it in my opinion

One of best footwear stores in Trivandrum. They care and deal the customers with atmost professional approach. I had visited almost all Bats Stores in city, but this guy's are really good. Wish them all success

Bata footwear doesn't easily wear and tear and lasts a really long time. Even the kids footwear lasts fr more than 2years
