Arrogant staffs & Greedy management.
The staffs are so arrogant and misbehaving while asking for return of the old products which we gave to purchase new ones.
We asked to return the old products we gave due to low market price given by them, the staffs got angry and told us that you should've told that earlier itself, if you're not ready to sell the products.
First of all they're cheating every customers by providing low market price and even before informing the customer about old products weight and market price they dump it to their godown and we've to argue with them to get the products back.
Not recommendable for whom value their hard earned money.

Best metal shop in Palakkad!
Good service for someone who knows what they want in terms of metal for home, Pooja and kitchen purposes.
They have variety of collection of utensils and brass items with reasonable price. Staffs are so cooperative and helpfull.
I referred this shop to my foreign clients, all are so happy and satisfied with their services.
They have a separate car parking facility too which so helpful for the customers.
I do recommend this shop and am fully satisfied with their services,

Nice exchange facility. They take the old used metal to barter with new product.

Very bad experience with Customer service there, especially the front desk billing lady. I wanted to remove one item from the list of items before I paid the bill, they told me that they marked the warranty card so I have to surely buy the item. I refused saying that how can they force a customer to buy an item before they pay the bill. The front desk billing lady was very rude and started a fight and refused to sell the other items we had selected for not buying that 1 item. LOL now the seal on the warranty card was not an issue. Kindly educate your staff on how to treat customers. Hope you correct this.

One of the best shops in Palakkad for metals with respect to the collection they have. There are variety of materials available including steel vessels, brass items and so on. They will take old items at a nominal rate. This is a 2 storey shops with vast variety of items. Staffs are polite and helpful. Price of the items are reasonable. They have parking space available at the back side of the shop.
