We received an upgrade on arrival to the sea view suite
Staff are very helpful breakfast was tasty, room cleaning excellent, very quiet location
Lovely beach although difficult to get down too, if you’re not relatively fit! As you will have to negotiate the rocky incline, however the pools refreshing
And the views are outstanding
It’s a half an hour walk from Varkala cliff
We befriended a rickshaw driver who ferried us to and from town whenever we called him at a reasonable price.
I would say the hotel is overpriced
Compared with other hotels in the town, although we did enjoy our stay

Smiling, helpful and welcoming staff. Excellent breakfast and quality. The hotel is located far away from the touristic shopping area so If you need to go shopping or visiting you will have to use taxi or walk for about 45 minutes along the very nice cliff.

In every aspect, it was simply the best. The service was exceptional, the staff was incredibly friendly, the location offered breathtaking ocean views, the cleanliness was impeccable, and guest needs were attended to at all hours. The food was top-notch with a vast selection, and the evening entertainment was superb. It exceeded all expectations in every way. Safety and security were a top priority with guards stationed at every corner, making it a stress-free stay. I loved my experience and would love to visit again.

We are very pleased staying this lovely beach resort. All member of the staffs are very friendly and helpful. The pool is very clean and reasonable size. It is 12 minutes away from central. Overall we were happy customer.

What a lovely spot overlooking one of the nicest beaches along the Varkala stretch of coast. The sea was relatively calm as well and was a nice place to swim, which was great as we read that some beaches can be dangerous. Obviously be careful whenever you swim in the sea, but we found it a calm and beautiful spot for a dip. The hotel itself was nice, I think mostly you’re paying for the location and the pool, and the sea views and sound of the ocean lulling you to sleep. The restaurant was exceptional. Some of the best food we’ve had in a month of traveling through India. And the staff were very helpful and friendly. I’d definitely come back! Even if you’re not staying here I’d really recommend visiting the beach and eating in the restaurant. Great place.

I had the most wonderful time at B'Canti Boutique Beach Resort, Varkala. The property was beautiful and the morning & evening views were breathtaking because they have a private beach. The cozy nights spent around the high tides of beach added to the relaxing atmosphere and made my stay even more enjoyable. I can't wait to visit again and experience it all over again. They make your stay a memorable one.

Located just beside the beach. Just some 20 steps to the beach. It's quite interior, hence very calm. Just 10-15 mins to the varkala cliff beach. Food is good.

The best part about this resort is the view.
The breathtaking view of the ocean is right next to your window. Apart from the view, the rooms are very comfortable and cozy, room service is 5/5, washroom is very neat, and all the amenities are provided.
I will suggest you to book this thousands time.
I had my best 2 days here. I wish I could stay here for longer.

If you have not visited B'Canti Boutique Resort in Varkala then you are missing out on something great. This beach facing resort is something I would highly recommend everyone to visit. 10 on 10 for hospitality, location, food, hygiene, room, everything. A must visit place for everyone be it young or adult crowd. Be it with family, friends or solo. Easily commute from Airport or Railway station. If I could, I would want to stay here forever. Such a peaceful place needed in this rush life

The lush greenery merging with the amazing beach line is indeed a sight to behold sitting on the midst of this picturesque resort lapping up the gushing wavesof the sea. The spectacular view from the verandah taking in the panoramic view of the horizon. The services was very homely and decorum was upheld in high spirits. The place was Awesome! And the people in the resort made us very comfortable felt like home away from home and mainly thanks to Tejaswini and Nithin who hosted us throughout the stay and made our stay most memorable trip

This place is not as good as it is shown in the pictures on internet. It is a very small resort that doesn't even have a car parking attached to it. There are no restaurants nearby so you'll have to eat at the in-house restaurant that charges so much money for the average food they serve. The rooms are not sound proofed so you'll hear the windows banging everytime waves crash in the beach nearby. The only good part is the small beach behind this place. But that doesn't mean it is a private beach, it is just a beach that people don't know about yet. Overall this place is too pricey with amenities that are not worth the price.

We stayed in the Superior Sea view room, the view from the room was awesome.

We had a wonderful stay at this resort. To start with the breath-taking view of the beach facing rooms. The sound of waves which I personally find soothing - sleeping the night to this sound & waking up to it was heavenly.
When you want to just chill at the resort there is a beautiful swimming pool & some tables set around the pool too. You can even chill at the balcony & enjoy the peaceful vibe.
The staff here is so hospitable & prompt. I was lucky that I got to celebrate my birthday in this lovely place & they set up the arrangements so well. They also have the option of setting up a romantic candle light dinner for you by the beach.
Overall they are very professional & very approachable too. What more can you ask for?

Wonderful location, atmosphere and service. Can listen to the sound of the crashing waves at night, a unique experience. Location is secluded and good for those looking for a private getaway. Seasonal beachfront was fantastic. Overall, a good stay with fabulous food and memories.

You are a bit away from the cliff (which is an attraction for many), so the view to the sea is not from the top but you are more closer to the sea and sitting few feet away from the shore and enjoying an evening is something you cannot miss. Their cafeteria is two-storied and the view to the sea is awesome!

Only one caution, if you are in a hurry to eat, then order the food early. They cook fresh and cooking takes time. If you experience delay in putting your hands on the fork, then its on you.

One of the best resorts I have stayed at, at Varkala.

The resort was located at a cliff side overlooking the ocean. The staff were very courteous and polite and helped us with every request. The resort also had an excellent restaurant where we were provided breakfast at.
About 250m front the resort, the guests are treated to a secluded beach with black sands and beautiful waves.

These people are pucca fraud.

1. Price point: 14k (after discount of 2k) for a crammed room inside a building that looks more like a lodge than a resort.
2. Marketing: Booked the resorts based on pictures posted by management on internet. Booked a superior deluxe room which according to the pictures had a sea view from inside the room but it turned out to be photoshopped. Pls don't fall for the photos.
3. Property: A very small lodge on a cliff forget the beach. All other resorts that charge you 14k provide you a single villa with the area of this whole resort.if you want to spend that kind of money pls try Xandari at Marari.a single villa here is as spacious as the whole of biCanti resort
4. Hospitality - Trying too hard to compensate for the lack of facilities
5. Cleanliness - Every single plate, cutlery and table at the Bait n Hook restaurant looked filthy and unwashed. Had to ask the staff each and everytime to get it washed.
6. Privacy: The resort is very small.so forget the word privacy and peace.

When we asked the management regarding what they charge 14k for they just stood there unapologetically without any explanation.in pacha malayalayam it's what we call udayipp.day light robbery. Not at all recommended. Learn't this lesson after losing our precious money to these people. Please be cautious before booking here.

Beautiful located boutique resort located on the beach front. Clean and well kept with great service. The view is definitely worth the amount - booking the higher end rooms.

Very scenic property. It’s on a cliff by the sea, where u can sit and chill out and enjoy the sunset.

Selling their stuffy property and rooms for 5 star prices using photoshopped images. Ruined our new year and looted a material amount from us. Please don't book your rooms based on the images. It's a sham. And there is no beach. Only a tiny crowded cliff space. All the images are 100 pc misleading.

Very congested room, even more congested bathroom. Worst stay ever. No private beach as intimated in site. Very Poor service for the very high price. No indoor play area. Very very limited space inside resort to roam around.

Calm and Nice location for partying and celebration. Wooden Coffee Shop gives you pleasent view of Sea. Food is awesome. Eventhough its juz 25km from home, i could find now only.

It is a very conjusted resort. Service is very poor. When I stayed there, night shift staffs were not there. Staffs came only after 8.30 in the morning. They charged around Rs. 7250 per room but you will get better customer service at Rs. 3500 rooms in other resorts. Very disappointed. Only thing I like there is food. No malayali staffs were there. May be to avoid unwanted questioning from poor customers for their worst service.

I have been to many tourist places in India and internationally. B'Canti has been one the memorable hotel experience we have had. It is a small boutique hotel on the beachfront and the sea views are worth it. Clean and good service given. Doubt there is a better property than this in the area, the best resort and hotel in Varkala.

Located on the north cliff of varkala the resort offers a true retreat away from the crowds. Graced by attentive service and well kept gardens make it even better. Sea views are wow from the Super Deluxe Category rooms which is crisp and kept really clean. Seafood and continental options from the restaurant were good too. Amazing resort to stay, eat and relax!
