Had kadalkoot biriyani. It was the worst experience as the cost was high while the quality compromised a lot. Sea food platter had only some prawns, koonthal and a small piece of fish which was mixed up with the rice which tasted like stalefood. The smell itself generated tendency to vomit. The whole dish costed 350/-. Also as we have to pay the bill in advance and wait for the food, no comments on the food is entertained. Couldn't enjoy the food and left over major portion. Also customer service is average. Only the plus is ambience and view through the window. People are visiting the place based on reviews from 2 years before. Now the food is below average. As it is located near to beach lot of people from other districts may visit the restaurant without knowing the truth.it is actually spoiling the good image of Aleppey.save yourself

I won't recommend Chatti choru especially sea food Chatti choru, Not worth for money.

Went after seeing videos in Facebook but the food wasn't good ordered chatti choor very bad not good fish fry and other dishes were also not good.not satisfied with their cleanliness and hospitality.won't recommend

Very pathetic. Customer service was very bad. I was ordered Porotta and Beaf roast. But it was very worst. Food and safety please inspect this Shop.

Food was delicious but a little crowded and there were less tables I had to wait for some time to get the tables.

Worst service I have ever seen you order the food and they say no food after billing it and the service is not at all coordinated by the staff and the management.

The food and ambiance were very good. Amazing seafood was served. However, there was no billboard or notice of the price. Good service was provided.

The quality of the food was below average and it was over priced. Taste of pineapple essence was overpowering in biriyani and chattichor was not up to the mark, chicken fry was over cooked and dry felt the taste of used oil rather than any masala. Prawns masala was tasted very bad. I would not recommend anybody to visit this place.

It's a decent place, considering there aren't many good restaurants nearby. The staff was attentive and was open to our requests.

The food was also fine.

Not satisfied. Had a bad experience. They are not even providing normal drinking water. And the food is just ok.

I am from Chennai. The food in Kerala i don't know how about it, i had little fear to eat Kerala food. But when I went to beach bay restaurant, manger Gokul is friendly. He explained about various food and how it tastes. I enjoyed Kerala food now ️. He is good soul. Wishing him a great start.

Great place. Come after 3 clk for options. We had chatti choru. It was worth it. Great quantity and quality for an affordable price. Great hospitality. Ambience wise not that great.

Very worst experience. Me, my husband and my 9 months old baby (didn't start with proper solids) went to this restaurant. We ordered for 1 fish, 1 plate prawns roast. The waiter didn't say anything about the size of the fish. He bought a big fish grill cost 1700/- knowing that we won't be able to eat it. Basically he was trying to loot us. I have never ever experienced this kind of cheating. I would never recommend anybody to visit this place. And the most horrific part was the food was horrible to consume. Very very worst experience.

Proper scam hotel. A guy who acts humble is a proper scammer. Guys please don't ask for big fish, even if they ask you please deny it. That black sheep will scam you saying - (rare fish, very tasty fish, 2 people can finish, just 1.4k etc) as soon you listen these words without a single word scoot from there.
This hotel only meant for chettichor. 4.5 start for chettichor

To me, it seemed like a too overrated restaurant with overpriced dishes.
As per their suggestion, we ordered a Fish fry which tasted bad. The portion size was too much for two people and when we received the bill, we were surprised to see that they literally looted us.

Chattichoru was very nice. Quantity was high with number of items such as chicken curry, fry, two types of chammanthi, fish peera vattichath, two vegitable side dishes and kakka irachi. These are covered by an omlet. An average foodie will not complete that much quantity. And cost is 160.

Fish biriyani known in another name, cost 300, with 2 squids, prowns and some other fish.

Ambiance is awesome. Good also reasonable price and quantity. Quality also not bad.

In case of washroom, it is of very very pathetic condition. You have to walk some distance behind the restaurant to reach. That too is very risky due to slippery path and common toilet for men and women. Better avoid using toilet.

Can't expect the quality and taste from this restaurant. It's an average restaurant has all varieties from sandwiches to dosa to Kerala meals.

One of the good restaurants in Alleppy beach which offers decent food at reasonable price. The ambience is good and staff are friendly. It has views to beach and the canal. Situated close to the pier.

Best cafe in town, we group of 9 people form vizag finally found the taste we requested in kerala.
Special the guy "nitin kumar" entertained us with his josh.

Food is tasty. Restaurant is near to the beach and ambience is good. Staff were not courteous enough and proper food billing was not done.

I had recently been to this restaurant and i enjoyed dining here.
Its location by the sea on Alleppey beach gives a good feel when you are here.
Their dosas and sandwiches are must haves.
The staff is courteous and attentive, ensuring a good experience

Good range of milkshakes and soft drinks. No air conditioning. We tried to eat there once at lunch time but they only had sandwiches and burgers available - slightly misleading as they have advertising all over stating that they do 50 types of dosas. Good place for a drink and to get some respite from the heat though.

A great place to enjoy ice-creams, fruit juices, shakes, and sandwiches. Affordable and yummy food.

Poor toilet facilities. Unfriendly employees. Not good.and for the reply from the hotel management, i have to add one more thing.once I was a customer there.thats why i posted this review.and you said that yours is not a public toilet and for customers only.yes me came with my family and your employees told me that toilet was not clean and we can't use it.
