This is one of the worst place to get your clothes stitched.
They seem to be nice people with zero skill.

They completely destroyed my banarasi brocade blouse piece and it is beyond repair. The way the blouse is made is pathetic! They did make a futile try to fix the damage but couldn't help much.

Giving a one star because I can't give zero star. The showroom girls duped my grandma who went to buy salwar material. The girls only showed the same weird mixed fabric and same shade of salwar material. They also assured her that this was the latest fashion and insisted she buy it. Now it looks like wearing a set of uniform. I just want to say you should never cheat a elderly person who come to shop in your store. Shame on you for ripping off an elderly lady who trusted the judgement of the shop girls to pick out a nice salwar for her daughter. Neither me or any of my family will be going back to this boutique to buy clothes. Imagine spending 10,000 rupees and looking like you have only one set of clothes. Again, only money grubbing greedy shop girls here.

Don't waste your money here. Got size wrong, got design wrong, wonder how they've been operating for years.

Tried this place as it is just opposite Kalyan silks. Terrible experience - gave two blouses to stitch and they messed up both orders. One was the wrong size and the other had the wrong design. The most annoying experience was with the salesgirls. They kept whispering and laughing among each other making us customers so uncomfortable. To the lady managing the boutique: improve your customer service, train your staff on basic etiquette and teach your tailors how to stitch if you want to last.

Had my worst experience with tailoring with this shop in my life. Don't know why they place that tailor there. Made me to go there 4 or 5 times and still the most imperfect outcome.
Good collection of materials but the WORST tailoring experience. I dont want to give even 1 star. Feels like the owners are making customers fools.

Worst Service - Never ever go
Unexperienced tailor and showroom girls manage this shop. They make you come to you shop many times as they cannot stitch the dress properly. Time wasted and dress damaged.

Poor Service - Worst in Thiruvalla
These people charge high and make dress unfit. The tailor is inexperienced and they make you to come and try 10 times. Waste of time and effort.

Such a bad experience. The girls who were standing there is not at all experienced.they just wanted to take money somehow. & I am very much surprised to see this 5 stars.

Very good collections on salwars and sarees. They give you the stitched material on the said date without delay.
