It was my first experience with Beautels Salon & Makeup, Thiruvalla and I am extremely satisfied with their service.
Israel Lama helped me in consulting my hair condition and I needed a Botox hair treatment as my hair was extremely dry and damaged. This was my first ever Botox hair treatment experience and the result was just amazing.
A big Thanks to David who played a major part in transforming my hair. He was attentive to every detail and informed me about the hair care routine I had to follow. My hair is way more healthy and manageable than before.
All their staff is so cooperative and welcoming.

My first experience with beautels was for my engagement. The pre-engagement package was customised and nude make up was very apt and complimented by all. Our expectations were met to the point.

I got keratin treatment and haircut from here. It was very professional and quick work. With excellent results. They guided me according to my hair texture and quality too. Especially want to mention the excellent work by Israel, whose work and manners were both exemplary. Definitely recommend for others too.

Avoid this place if you looking to shape a long beard, these guys don't know to crop and shape long beard, what they know is just to crop it short into v shape, I asked for a square box shape for my long beard, and this guy simply cropped my entire beard, just shaped it into something he liked, I entered with my full long beard and came out as a kid who's trying to grew up their beard, pathetic service for long beard! Frustrated!

Helped me to choose right color for my hair that goes with my skin tone. Very professional and friendly. Used best products and give me tips to maintain my hair. It was worth the time and money.

Pathetic service by incompetent people! Lack of coordination among staff. They made a guy with close to zero experience (he himself admitted to this) giving haircuts for women. I asked him to style my hair straight and he said it would take time so chose to not straighten.
Ridiculous service. Went along with 2 other people and they equally hated it!

On top of it, they called me the next day and asked me to take off my review shamelessly instead of making up for the nonsense service they provided!

Hi Christina, such a lovely place you have here, the stylist are all friendly and they all know how to treat a customer and know how to take information from a customer to meet their needs, I would recommend everyone to check out NATURALS and Please get a Membership card, Things are definetly cheap after the Membership Card

Haircut experience was absolutely nothing worth it! I asked for something they gave me something else, get people to work there who can communicate well enough for them to understand what the needs are.

The service is too bad. Not on booking time waiting for more than 45 minutes this is not only the first incident.
Its so bad they don't have the value of others time.

I did cysteine treatment in naturals salon. And i had a different concern rather than the normal keratin result. I explained it to Ms. Roshini and she was so sweet and a keen listener and the outcome was just fab. Exactly or lil more than i expected

I went to Natúrals tiruvalla for Hair straightening and pedicure. I Really loved the service. Ms. Roshni did my hair straightening and hair cut. She listened to all my requests and did exactly the way I wanted. Both straightening and haircut is perfect. One of the best I had in years. She is really talented. Pedicure was done by another girl, which was also very good. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family. I Really liked Ms. Roshni's service.
