House designs are not good. But as u can see that interior rooms all are good with modern tech having ACs and all
. In they apartment have no trees.have only small place to play for children and parking is less. The owners have no idea about that

Stayed here for quite sometime.it's a great place to stay.the apartment is furnished and air conditioned.its a bit into the road.but it's worth the money also

Very clean unlike most of the indian hotels. Price is worth it. The hotel owner is really friendly and sweet person. Really liked the stay. And looking forward to stay there on my next trip. And I recommend this place to everyone who is looking for clean apartment to stay. The best hotel I have ever stayed in India

Everything was comfortable, a/c and fans kept us cool, great to have a kitchen and supply of bottled water available to purchase and chill in the fridge. There are a few local bakeries and the like selling very nice savoury snacks. Few restaurants nearby.
Only wish we could have stayed longer in this beautiful and well maintained new apartment.
Ordering food in our choice which delivered within 30 minutes since most of the getting orders frequently from these apartments. There are 4 similar apartments in this building. Good for parties and marriage

Very posh apartment, Great facility, feel full freedom. Value for money, The property was good value and it was comfortable. Facilities were great and each room had its own bathroom.

Worst Experience ever in my life.
Visited this place with my Family booked two apartments.
One Mr. Robert Raj manager, rude and very arrogant person.
Tried to bluff us by charging more and talked in a threatening tone. I Would advise no one to visit this place if he is still managing the place.
Attachment (a lie by owner saying they removed Robert. Visited this place 25/12/2019.but he is still working.)

I'm glad I chose this place for stay during my family holiday.
A beautiful and well maintained apartment, in an easily accessible location. Proper secured parking space right in front of the apartment. It was one of the reasons I chose this apartment and I was not disappointed. Lift/Elevator access is provided. Even though our apartment was in first floor, this came in handy for my senior citizen parents. Lot of food home delivery options to choose from restaurants in that area (Including through Uber eats). The place seems to be very familiar to local food delivery personnel. Just mention the apartment number (B1, B2 etc) and they will deliver right to your doorstep - not even a phone call to check on the route. A set of fine plates, glasses, cups, bowls and some kitchen utensils provided. There was a microwave oven as well as a gas stove. A fridge too. Place very close (4-5 KM) to a lot of sight-seeing places like Zoo, museum etc. Even Shangumugham Beach, veli tourist village etc is within 10-12 km. TV, Wifi, refrigerator, A/C in bedrooms etc in top notch working condition. There was a washing machine, Iron box/Ironing table, electric kettle too though we didn't use it. On the day of arrival we reached late, slightly after 8 PM. I had called up ahead and informed the caretaker, Mr. Robert about it. I called him on our arrival and he a reached within minutes to deliver our keys and let us in. He was very helpful. Gave us good info on food delivery options also provided a set of menus from nearby restaurants. He gave us good tips on local sight-seeing options. Overall I felt the description and photos of the place provided was very accurate. I would definitely recommend it especially if you are traveling with family or as a group
Just to make one up, there are no good restaurants close by (by that I mean 1-2 min walking distance). But the multitude of home delivery options and an excellent dining area with fine cutleries provided more than makes up for it.

We loved our stay.we took this apartments for my brother marriage.we took three apartments with three bedroom. Stayed total 24 guest. Very spacious apartments, fully air conditioned. An elevator to go upper floors. We our family loved the stay.

This is the best hotel (apartment) I haven’t been so far the staff are so nice the owner even nicer and lovely alway check on us to make sure we not missing nothing always have a taxi for our needs I didn’t even fell like I was in someone property I felt like I was home such a nice peoples including his wife and children so nice thank you for your time and your help

All looks brand new with excellent cleanliness. Excellent room facilities.the rooms and washrooms are well maintained.very neat and tidy! I suggest this to many of my friends too.

The owner is really friendly and the property was so clean and is located in a calm and quite area. Recommended for marriage parties and functions. There are four apartments in the building which all have three bedrooms. We needs to books all four so marriage parties and functions it is best. There are 24 person can stay comfortably. Great value for money.
My brother marriage was nearby auditorium and people enjoyed the stay.

Excellent apartment for marriage group. We took three apartments. Each apartmet can stay 8 person and we stayed 24 person. Good value for money and good for group of people like marriage function etc. We recommend this new posh and very clean apartment. There is a elevator to go to first and second floor.
