They tend to cheat you in delivery. Simply mix some readymade chicken masala with boiled rice and serve. This was the second instance of getting similar biriyani. These people are thieves and should be jailed. Worst experience.

Disappointed with the food they provided. Ordered aloo paratha. It was totally burned and could not eat. Wondering How can they deliver such a food item to their customer.

Ordered old delhis murgh makhni (butter chicken boneless). Authentic north indian style gravy.loads of flavour. Quality of meat was also good. Packing also appreciable.

I ordered mutton biriyani from this palce in the Eid (day before yesterday). But, the meat I received was not mutton. It was not chicken or beef aswell (if so, I could have think that they made a mistake while packing). But, I am heavily disappointed by the meat they provided and I urge that a food safety inspection need to be done in this restaurant. People be alerted!

Food should be served with love. That’s our tradition and Behrouz knows it well. Great job please keep it up. Packaging was awesome (no plastic) gulab jamun and mukhwas made me double happy and veg biriyani was tooo good.

Worst biriyani and worst service in Trivandrum. We made an order via Zomato for 2 biriyani, they delivered only one. Also biriyani is overloaded with masala and not worth for money.

One of the best biriyani we had in Kerala, the creamy chicken biriyani is my favourite ️ The quality of spices, rice and meat was good. And excellent packing. Delivered hot whenever we order online.

Excellent packaging. The Paneer biriyani was delectable and the mint raita a great combo. The gulab jamun was a treat.

This was one of the best biriyani that I had ever. The packing was extraordinary. It was neat and so hygiene way of packing. For the money the quantity was little bit less but taste was good. The highlight is the biriyani is accompanied with gulab jamun and one mint chutney.

Biriyani servered was pathetic. This is the first time I had such a bad experience from behrouz. N I'm writing here because the quality was that low. Mutton pieces were very small n hard to find in both the packages. Rice wasnt cooked well. Also, this was such a embarrassment as i ordered for guest at home. Please have some justice for the money you charge and the service you deliver.

The briyani was just amazing. It brought my memories of my life in north india. But its really expensive.even though i had added 100g extra rice. It was just a small box. Quality of rice and meat was good. I brought briyani for 289rs including my offers in swiggy. But it wasn't worth the amount

It's a premium biriyani we get in Trivandrum. The packing is very good with mint raita and gulam jam. The overall experience is good, they do have lot of masala.on the price terms they are quite expensive. After eating er don't get the feel of wanting more or again ordering. Worth a try for biriyani lovers.

Simply Awesome Experience: same taste as in Metros: for me this is the best biryani place in trivandrum currently! Meat is well cooked and tender and the rice is so awesome that I'm at a loss of words: quantity was more than enough for a single person with some surplus.

My god the best biryani i ever had why is this so good i tried their Afghani tikka biryani the chicken was so juicy and rich and creamy you won't be able to stop eating it that good also the rice was cooked so good you'll won't be able to stop if you start eating if you're ever in trivandrum this is the place you should go for lunch also the price was quite high not that high around 600 for 2 biryani but it's definitely worth it must try item from trivandrum

Above average taste. Good packing. Quantity is very very low. Not worth the money. For the same price you'll get better biryani for two.

Searched in map & went there. But there's no such place for dine in. When contacted the provided number, they informed us that it's just a delivery point for online ordering. Then why this hype & advertisement? Spoiled the appetite.

Quantity is too less even after ordering extra rice. Not even sure whether they added the extra rice I paid for.

Carelessness i have ordered mutton briyani but they have sent chicken briyani.i cant able to contact them because the restaurant was as i ordered late after 9.30 when i got it from zomato its almost around 10 pm so could get any help on that.

Once I visited this shop and enjoyed Biriyani.taste and hygiene.one of best biriyani in thiruvananthapuram.and try worst biriyani u can find in sam sam palayam hotel. Only contain dalda, oil and taste less.i recommended this shop for online order also

I see a comment against zam zam, I don't think this guy know about zam zam. That guy not even know the spelling. Zam zam is one of the best restaurant in tvm. These new comers have to take a class from their managers before going for a restaurant business. I don't know the taste of this behrouz biriyani, but I know about this shop, they have limited workers and have too many franchise under one roof they are take orders bulkly with a limited workers so that they cannot give food for customer in time. It's not a place for hungry people, if you want meal at 12 pm you have to order it at 10am.
