Ordered palkappa and kadala Kari.very bad the food was spoilled and bad service and mangement. We even paid the full bill without eating

Such a worst experience we had.
Bad customer service. They are not even interested in sharing the menu. Very bad service.

Food is not at all worth the price. We ordered Alfam kuzhimanthi. For which extra rice they charged 100 Rs extra. I had taken same food from so many hotels in kochi, for which they don't charge extra. The quantity is so insufficient for the price they charge. The taste was below expectations. The service was not much satisfying. The people over there have no proper idea about the food items on the menu.

Very worst experience and very disappointing choice!

This was one of my go to places to have something with friends. But this time they really disappointed us with dry salad and stale food.

Amazing restaurant with an awesome ambience. One of the best ambience in town. A great place for family dine and small parties. They have variety of dishes that too simple and limited. Food is really great and best part is the prices, which is very much reasonable, believe me at the first look you would think it's an expensive restaurant, but it's not. They have got ample of seating area as well as parking space. Even the staffs are friendly and helpful. Another thing to mention is their parcel service and how they do the packing & it's really fabulous.

I went here for the first time the ambience is good. The food was not good at all. We tried their Kuzhimanthi and the rice was too dry and the chicken was over flavoured the mayo was odd. Their Sheekh kebab was really bad. Their lime juice was good and had good quantity. Overall I would not recommend to visit this place to eat again.

In conclusion, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a good meal. The food was unsatisfactory and did not meet my expectations. If you are looking for a good dining experience, I would suggest you look elsewhere and avoid this restaurant.

We Couldn't actually taste the food cause our conscience made us left the restaurant before ordering. We had such a baddddd experience. They served their customers with total Negligence. Very very poor service. The seating organization was so desperating that we decided to never visit again! Hope they improve their customer hospitality.

Food is ok. Good service, but have some delay in taking order. Space is not well utilised, Dinning area is very bright. Can be found easily from the road but parking area is bit congested.

We had three types of Shawarma which all tasted the same for us but still good, clean washroom and services were ok.

Very poor service, while we where waiting for the food we saw they are giving parcels to customers who came late…. By letting the customers already in the shop by waiting for more than half an hour. This makes very uncomfortable for the customers.

Good restuarant but not as much as the hype around the place. I felt the food preparations to be bit more authentic but again differentiation is lacking. Biriyani, Mandhi, Shawarma etc.all restuarants dishing out the same fare.

Space is a bit congested here. There seems more space for parking than people to sit & dine.

The food is nice in here. Tried bbq alfaham with Lebanese Rice. Alfaham was good, the rice is not up the level. Also tried hot n spicy alfaham which was not worth it. Need to improve their table service which I felt was bad.

Lot of improvement have to be done. First is the time taken. It has to be upgraded so that people don't feel bored. Quality is good. But should improve because there is always choices for these types of food. Make sure it's spot on.

Felt kinda laggy. Had 9 missed call from home while waiting for food.

Please improve on your seating especially your chairs that are kind of small. Otherwise the ambience you provide and reasonable pricing are worth.

Good ambience, parking, and the place is essily accessible. Tried their Al Fahm. Hot n spice Kanthari.didn't find anything exciting about it.wanted to try more items on the menu.

I had Chicken plate shawarma and it was not so tasty. Visited this location by seeing other reviews, quantity was very low when compared to the price they charge. Plate sharwama was 160rs with very limited qty

Today i bought classic al fahm + lebanese rice. Its very delicious. And the flavour is very different from regular mandi rice. Me and my family liked it very much and would definitely recommend for others.
