Very good food. Tried almost all items here. Ordered their special chicken plate shawarma and mexican spicy al faham.both were really good.drinks were also good. Ordered the bektash special al faham - excellent dish. Highly recommended. The snicker shake was not good, the Sulaimani tea was also not that great. Fresh lime and mint lime is recommended. The special fries was also not that great option. The meat is very tender and well marinated.

Bektash is providing a wide variety of shavarma rolls. Tastes good and worth.

Quality of food doesn't match the hype
I oreded Alfham, and it was pretty average.
So was the mint lime.

I hope if my comments are read by you and the team. In kakkanad store tell the members to keep audio volume low and play meaningful tracklist. Hope they understand it well.

Food and service is good. If possible listen to customers concerns as well. If we ask anything give us with courtesy and Love. Don't feel like customer's come here to eat or drink juices for free.
