Bella Ladies Stitching Centre

Had gone there for stitching 2 salwars about an year ago.they ruined it.they have no sense of how to stitch.they attached the yoke portion at the bottom and top of salwar and also i am not able to wear the bottom.its very tight.

THE WORST STITCHING EVER! I would highly recommend everyone to stay away from this ridiculous place! We were given a saree to make a pattu pavada for my sister out of it. We gave it earlier and asked to be ready on 23rd of August as my sister has Onam celebration on 25th (Today)! The lady said it will be ready on 23rd as we advised that date and when we asked, she said it will only be ready on 24th and we said fine! And then she goes on with lame excuses like it won’t be ready for another hour and even said that she can give it ready and done on 25th (on the day of the event)! And they delivered the outfit at 11: 30 pm on 24th and when my sister tried it on, it was EXTREMELY SMALL! Like she cannot even breath in that and we tried to loosen the stitch and even that didn’t help! Now she has decided to wear some old outfit instead of the one we paid you more than 1000/- for! This is just stupid response from the staff and irresponsible work. If we give you money and you agree to give something promised and on time, do that or else don’t initiate such shops and mislead people. Such waste of money. We would like a refund. You can keep your wonderful stitched outfit you handed us. It’s of no use as it’s very small.

Extremely satisfied with the service.professionalism is very admirable. I found this shop after visiting many shops in city. The staff here always help me to select the designs. I am getting good experience from this shop for last three month's.

Worst experience I ever had. I was a regular customer at Bella for the last three years and it was very good. Unfortunately nowadays it is highly unprofessional in every aspect. Poor quality stitching, failed measurements, unimaginable delay and rudeness. Just run away! It is horrible!

I had the worst stitching experience with them. First, they never give it on the date.they took a month to stitch my clothes. And they stitched it to some other ladies' measurements. And I had to pay extra money for the alterations which they made a mistake on.

I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction with the stitching center, which I believe is engaged in fraudulent activities. Not only did they take my daughter's materials without completing the promised stitching, but they also failed to return them. Shockingly, they informed me that the materials were lost and offered no solution. This experience has left me highly skeptical about the authenticity of the positive reviews posted online. I am deeply frustrated with their lack of accountability and professionalism, and I urge others to exercise caution when considering their services.

Not up to date/mark. They spoiled my expensive dress material. Not even stitching quality. One Saree blouse ok but neck stitching horrible. Can’t wear the dress for the function I have bought for. I am totally disappointed.

At first the stitching was done quite well. Once I gave more order with chudidar set.from the time it was supposed to be given back to me, i got it back after a period of one and half months. All because they did not follow the stitching measures they themselves had written. They had to alter the same dress thrice for it to finally look like a proper chudidar set. Kindly ensure that service is done in a more organised way.

My experience at Bella Stitching Center was excellent. The staff there were so helpful and cordial.
I had stitched two blouses here, including my wedding blouse. The aari work they did on it was exquisite and exactly how I wanted it. They did this at a very reasonable cost. They also have facilities for a trial session for any last minute alterations.
The delivery was very prompt just as they had promised and I would gladly recommend this place to anyone looking for a good stitching centre in Trivandrum.

I stitched 2 blouses here. And it was worse. I was patient enough to give them a week to correct it. But still it was even worser. They did not even have the courtesy to return the money. I cant even wear these blouse. REGRET STITCHING HERE!

If you are looking for a stitching centre with atmost perfection this is the right place. Really happy with their service. The designer blouse stitching was perfect in all sense. Whatever design i have suggested them they have done that and is awesome.

One of the best tailor in tvm. These people will make a good stylish stitching for my clothes. We were struggling to find a good tailor in tvm. We were disappointed by our previous tailors who either ruined our clothes or did not meet to our expectations. Bella is an awesome place to entrust your clothing. They stitched mine perfectly only recently. A definite yes!

I have literally became their regular customer. Very happy and satisfied with their work. I was so excited to look at all my wedding blouses. This is one of the best shop for stitching, in Trivandrum. The staffs out there are very approachable especially the person who takes measurement, who always carries a winsome smile on his face. I really enjoyed their service and I would sincerely recommend this shop to all.
