I had a very bad experience today.
The behaviour from your staff was very disappointing.
I dont recommed eating from their counter in manarcadu.

Food was relatively good as it was hot (the second star is only for that) but service was so poor. Went there with great expectations but had a horrible experience. First of all they had a/c and non a/c restaurants on the second floor. Since the billing software was having issues and since no floor managers were present we couldn't find a place to sit. How ever one could find two persons sitting in tables where six chairs were there. Since no floor managers were present no one was there to manage the same. Then we (myself, wife and our 2 year old kid) went down to the ground floor we found a place infront of the kitchen where people were having food. We sat down and waited endlessly for service. This was around 3 PM and could find waiters roaming aimlessly and nobody coming to take our order. Finally had to call a guy and asked him to take our order. With some excuse he said it will take a long time to get the order.

Fortunately we got our order in 15 minutes time. The water is served in glass bottles and and the one who wasWe ordered Kerala Parotta (which could have been a bit more cooked but was ok), Chicken Fried rice (literally soggy fried rice with out anything like soya sauce and the like), Chilly chicken (the gravy was watery but the chicken was well cooked), grape juice (only ok product), and pineapple juice (no ice and tasted rotten). As we were having the food we could see waiters aimlessly walking and people calling in to take orders.

Once we had the food there was no place for washing your hands and were asked to go to the ground floor washroom to wash hands. It was not working and no sign boards were posted again we had to go to the upstairs to wash hands. We had to wait again for the bill.

At the bakery we went to get an ice-cream. We took two and went to the billing counter. They took one for billing and exchanged it with another without telling us. Again they were reluctant to give us a spoon for the same. We don't know the real reason why they changed one and retained the other. We paid the bill and said the service was bad. The person in the counter looked as though we were saying something bad and was looking aimlessly at somewhere else. So we went outside to take outside and take our car and found two wheelers parked aimlessly and locked behind the car. Had a tough time to pull the two wheelers and to make way for the car. All these are difficult as we had a baby with us.

This happened on the very next day to the perunal at the Manarcadu Church. Puthuppalli Church was also was having a perunal and the after the results of the by elections. People do have value for their time which the restaurant fails to understand. The customer service is zero and they look as though they are giving all these for free. We don't recommend this place as customer friendly and rate this only on one star.

Best Bakers is a well-known name in middle Kerala. Upperstare is resturant.
Compared to sweets baked items are good. For non veggies it's a good choice.

The negativity the hotel provides are a lot.
First of all when I reached the hotel the sequirity was waiting for me to switch off my vehicle and to get down from it.
He said me to park the vehicle some where else.due to my hunger I shut my mouth and obeyed what he said.

Some how I entered the hotel and ordered a biriyani. It smells great and tastes worse.

The rate they charge for a biriyani was 170/- which was not tolerateble.

The next bad thing I felt was the tap was fixed inside the bakery which was very far.after eating the food we have to walk a lot to wash our hands. This was not at all a good practise.

Pretty neat place. Their only drawback is lack of ample parking. If 4-5 cars come to park, the parking space is full. The location being at the corner or junction of the road presents a risk since there is oncoming traffic from the blind side. However, the food is good and rates are reasonable.

Quality food and a good restaurant in this area especially puthupally and manaracad. We always visit to buy bakery items but their staff service is not that good. But still they do their best.

Shame on you management. Today we bought a black forest cake and it was an expired one when tasted. How can a well renowned bakery can act like this?

You can get delicious food here. Really hygiene food items are delivered. Desserts are also great

I am never coming back here. Unfortunately this hotel hold back a long history and has been in the city for a long time now. But I wouldn't definitely come back here.
The restaurant is dirty. The wash area has no water in the pipe and we have to use water kept in a bucket. The waiter are rude and don't even clean tables while new customers are sitting on the table. And let me not even get to how much time they take to come for an order or then bring the food.

Food is of decent quality and in large quantities. Service was a bit slow as there seemed to be a bit short on staff. It's ok for a meal or a quick bite.

Part of a bakery and food chain. Good location and a small parking space. Located at the busy junction. Good for snacks and cakes.

They have got some delicious choice of food and an excellent restaurant. The best part I can recommend is their catering services.

Cramped place to sit with family very mediocre service, not at all good to sit and have food/tea.

I visited two Adayar Anand Bhavan, in one place (that is before selam way to Bangalore) they were arrogant, the lady was angry on me while I asked today's special items that they displayed on board. She literally said " you go and check with food counter and come back" then get out of that place and came to this one, here it was nice service but over all Adayar anandabhavan employees giving bad service. Food should be served with a smile else it is not worth. Management may be thinking they grown up to sky so we people will come to the shop by looking brand name.

If you check my account, you will see that, this is my first negative review. However, I will start from positives.
From the outside, the best bakers looks dashing, and looks like a classy, expensive restaurant and bakery. The bakery is also good and one of the best in Manarcadu considering the price and quality (yet St. Thomas Bakery is the best in Manarcadu). You will also find a good number of cakes, pastries and much more in the bakery.

Now, coming to the negatives.
You need to go up the staircase and reach the restaurant to start hating the best bakers and restaurant. The restaurant looks dirty and old. I visited the restaurant for a total of 3 times and all those times, there were no water in the water pipe and the customers had to use water from a bucket kept on the sinc.
The tables were not clean, the floor tiles looks broken and ugly and the ceiling fans were age old ones with spider webs on them.
The waiters were not friendly and accommodating.
The food was okay, and not the best.
Price of food items are moderate.

So overall, I would rate a 4 out of 5 for the bakery and 2 out of 5 for the restaurant.

One of the best restaurant available in manarkad town. The taste of the good is very good. I have a doubt in the quality of the food they serve. The restaurant is easily accessible by the customers from the road. Price of the food is quite reasonable.

Products are good. But the attitude of the lady at the counter is pathetic and arrogant. We just asked for if they can provide two glasses of lime juice to the bottom as the upper are was full. They can deny but can be polite. Attitude is like buy and go if you want. We have other customers. Not visiting ever again

Bakery on ground floor

Weakest of the link of best bakers franchisee. One of the worst services but will end up there once in a while because of their strategic position in Manarcadu by the ettumanoor thiruvalla bypass.

Lots of sweets and eateries available. Restaurant at first floor. Parking available but limited. Situated at centre of town.

The food offered here is good. I haven't been here for dining. I have purchased a parcel of some porotas and butter chicken from here. The porottas were well cooked and the curry as well. The item were tasty and I would really like to recommend for all of you.

Great snacks and food. Good place to spend some time if you are waiting for a bus to Kumali or Puthupalli

The service is extremely slow, waited 45mins for one order. Good quality was average. Extremely disappointed.

Very good bakery and restaurant. Food and snacks are tasty alike. Located on the wayside. Also ample car parking facility with a security staff to guide, so there are no issues.

Easy to spot from traffic and enough parking space for 4 wheelers. Average on the quality of items though. Most of the baked items are of average quality. Can get packed food also.
