Best Bakery

Had a worst experience from here. Very bad customers service. I've orderd a chicken shawarma, but didn't find chicken in it.

It is one of the very bad hotel that is situated around the KSRTC terminal of Angamaly, pathetic food and very bad behaviour from the staff, also there charging high rate which is not applicable to any other hotels in Thrissur Kochi, today morning I havrecharge rupees e two idiappam (15 each) one Mutta curry (50/-) they charge rupees 80/-
Pathetic ultimately it is one of the most WORST in sourroundings

This is a very normal bakery with below average food quality. The products are bit over priced. The behaviour of the staffs are very arrogant especially at cash counter.

I ordered a pepper chicken roll, the taste was nice but the food was cold as water. If it was little bit warm it would have been awesome. And I also saw them handling donuts in a open vessel in such a crowded city like that, that felt weird to me. The washing area was a mile away lol.
But the wide variety of snacks they have there make our brain goes money money I was amazed by the collection of snacks and sweets.
Don't hesitate to go for a try, enjoy the food

Very untidy. The tables are not cleaned properly. The food is ok but got a strand of hair from the pepper roll I ordered.

Worst customer service. Left the hotel after waiting for more than 15 min for the waiter to collect order. Customers were complaining all around.

A busiest bakery cum restaurant right next to the Angamaly KSRTC bus stand. And the rush prompted me to visit here for a snack break while travelling back home. There are chances of being missed out on taking orders from you since there are many people busy making orders and waiting. But for me, the service was on time. Orders were taken quickly and quick description about the snacks too was provided which made me easy to choose. So for me the service was a good experience.

I ordered chicken cutlet and it was good and tasty which made me reorder it. It did justify the name "chicken" cutlet as many places forget to add chicken to chicken cutlet. A Sharjah shake was the other item I ordered and it was good but they could have avoided the chocolate syrup, personally i prefer no additional flavouring.

The pricing was reasonable too and this will be a stoppage for refreshments while passing through.

Horrible place, I had to wait for almost an hour for someone to take an order, they don't care a bit about customers. After the order was placed we had to wait for another half hour for the food. The quality and quantity was horrible with unreasonable price.this hotel is in my hometown, but I still recommend you not to go there.you have plenty of great hotels in Angamaly, pls don't go to this place.
