Worst service. No one is taking care of the customers. Everyone is so Legastic. No one's caring about the customers. We selected a gold ring but no one took care of it. In one word a very worst jewelry shop I have ever seen

I purchased gold for my marriage from here. While we come for sale back it's a great lose compared to other jewellery. Worst experience.

Charging extra for the card payment. Which is not good, looks like only in kerala shops this is happening. Looks credit card transactions not enabled in this shop and only debit cards transactions are enabled. Credit card tranaaction was not successful and forced to pay using gapy at the end. They could have informed up front if the credit card tranaactions are not supporting. Another surprising point is for gpay payment they were asking address proof and declaration. Amount was below 50k. And for gpay they could right away check the acoount and confirm the payment.

As a reputed business chain we had a bad experience 1. We need to pay additional amount for card payments
2. There card payments machine is not accepting Credit Cards
3. We have made the payments through GPay, as we know that the amount will be credited to their account immediately. We have given our ID Proof, again they are asking to sign a blank declaration form on money transfer.
The amount of transaction is less than Rs. 50000/-

Management has to take initiative to improve the above system.to keep the upcoming customers.

I had very good experience every time i visited this showroom. Really nice hospitality from the staff and they are very helpful. Rates are also reasonable. Better than any other jwellery showroom in the city. I sold some silver here and they gave the best rates i can get. Other showrooms i visites offered only half the price bhima has given.
