One of our family's favorite and very much trusted jewellery store over year's. They deal in Gold, Platinum, Silver and Diamond jewellery, bullions, coins as well as wares. Very courteous staff. Enough parking space available.

They do have a pretty good variety collections. And their gold quality is very good. They do have a better service also. Eventhough, we do have a low budget, they show as the better collection in the price limit. Staffs are also having a good manner and they are very helpful. I do still remember how they help me on my first purchase from here.

Wages are terrible. 30% wages even for a second stud.
Otherwise, when the price of gold is increasing day by day, it is a fraud to take commission as per percentage. The cost of making a piece of jewelery + their commission is not enough. To the authorities.

Recently purchased a ring along with many other items from Bhima.the stone dropped off in less than a weeks use.has been a regular customer for last 20 years.the quality had dropped drastically and the attitude of staff is unacceptable when you return with a defective product.wouldn’t recommend anymore

Bhima Jewelry is one of the best Jewelry Makers in Alappuzha Town. I am a regular customer therebim Bhima. The staffs are doing very well with the services.

Pretty good collection of jewellery in gold, silver and diamonds both for men and women. The staff is really helpful and the collection available are really varied in design at different weight gauges. It is a bit crowded during weekends. Car parking is available inside the premises.

The old Bhima Jewellary showroom in Allapuzha. The parking is there for 10-15 cars, but its more than enough in the Mullakal area as other shops don't even have proper parking. Staffs are well mannoured and helpful.

I had a horrible experience yesterday for the first time from Bhima. Gold purchase means Bhima for my family and also me from my childhood itself. First of all, let me say the sales man in the diamond section was great in giving exact customer service, i think other staff should be trained under him. I selected about 2.7 lakhs worth diamond ornaments and he helped me a lot to select those items. After selection he redirected me to the billing section. Aw i don't want to recollect it. There were so many complications in giving full amount, (as their POS and other payment methods couldn't accept higher amount) that i could understand, so i transferred amount to my three accounts using my two android phones and calling home for otp in phones there, and put all sim in one phone etc, i spend almost 4 hours, all i could understand, but when removed sim from one phone i couldn't access internet and complete transaction, so i asked for wifi password, the sales girl told me to ask in counter, i think billing and cash counter, in the left side (as we enter), he replied in a very rude way and expression, like i visited his house to beg money, then i approached another sales girl, she redirected me to next counter also in left side. The reaction was same. I got insulted in front of customers and other staff. A wifi password, , if they can't share it, it would have been said politely, why in a manner like shooing away beggers or dogs. After that a young guy, staff, shared his own wifi password and i could access the internet. After that i asked the sales girl, any other complications like this if i make the payment (because i was alone then, my home is far away, needs 2hr drive and it was getting late because of setting up fund transfer from three accounts in four methods), the sales girl told me about id proof submission, i was not at all clear about what she said, i had driving licence and PAN card number, i asked her will any other problem occur as i don't have PAN in original, she also had any clarity, and she raised her voice saying something lame and it's all Bank's problem. Then i said I'm not asking about transaction, i set up all that by taking hours, now i'm talking about jewellers' formalities, she didn't reply and she was not sure about what she answers. If they ask for more id proofs after payment i couldn't go home, so i cancelled the purchase and went home. I reached there morning and left at evening, i didn't ate anything. Why bhima why? Tell about the payment limits of yours and formalities at first, i mean after selection and calculations and whenever you want to say no, say it politely, customers are on Bhima for buying from there, not in front of your house to beg.
