Even though many new gold shops have come up, we go to Bhima.if you ask what it is, we trust them.

Everyone likes shopping here because they know the brand is of good quality and is made ethically and sustainably. Bheema Jewellery never ceases to amaze me - I love their originality and traditional designs. Their Kottyam branch is often my first place if I want something special for myself or friends. I recently purchased a pendant to gift one of my close relatives. The hospitality and the atmosphere is amazing. Thank you Rajesh, the BM.

The first thing that reminds me of Kottayam Bhima is their customer service. Very cooperative and informative staffs make the whole purchasing process very easy for us. Also, their making charges are cost-competitive. The ambience inside the showroom needs special mention. I highly recommend Bhima.

The attitude of staff and management is so good. If we visit one time the next time we sure go there.

Some staff are rude.they do not want to show items.they lack energy compared to the staffs in josco who are so friendly.

The new location is a blessing. Adequate parking, new building facilities available and no congestion. They have very good collection, especially for kids which is limited at other jewellers. There is a saying that Bhima gold is the BEST even though all jewellers are giving 916 gold. And for that matter, they hardly give discounts on your purchase unless it’s a pretty ‘big amount’. They have diamonds and Silver as well. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Billing was fast for us and they accept card/digital payments at no extra charge. Covid safety protocols are followed strictly. At the end, be ready to spare some time to listen to their gold purchase schemes.

My last 4-5 purchases are from Bhima, Kottayam and the rating I can provide only average, this is because, most of the time we enquire about any design, that will not be available and if available they will not be in apt size/ length. And one more thing, most of the time, customers should stand due to lake of space/ chairs especially after selection of ornaments. Staffs are very good, so they some where convincing the customers to purchase products from their existing range.

It was a Nice Experience shopping here. Purity of gold is best compared to other jewellery's in Kerala.

Good Gold in purity. But less collection. Salesman are not interested to show more collection.

Also their making charges are higher than other jewellers.

Bhima is known for good quality gold. Excellent customer support. But lack of variety designs is the only problem I faced here.

Note that they don't accept overseas credit cards even for low value transactions. Well, they do accept, but they need your overseas address proof etc. Which is usually not practical and sounds bit funny. So my assessment is that they are not matured to be in line with modern businesses standards.

Parking is near BSNL office and Bhima arranges shuttle services. Decent customer service and quality of gold is reasonable.

Nice collections, service and all. The issue we faced is jewellery will charge extra for card payments from customers, which they are not supposed to do. They are having separate rate for card and cash payments.

I was a kalyan jewellers customer in the recent past but my first ever visit to Bhima jewels has made me a fan. The collections in Bhima is miles ahead of Kalyan. The staff of Bhima is polite and well organised, their professionalism is commendable. Despite being crowded there is a staff always ready to heed to the customer's query

This Jewellery showroom is too old for 2019. Please change collections and be nice to your customers. We are not there to choose what you guys like. We have our preferences. People visit Bhima because of the name it has in hearts of our ancestors. Don’t spoil it.

Also behaviour of some lady staffs in the ground floor is really awkward and embarrassing. I hope Bhima’s owner pay them for what they do. Hope they are not doing any free jobs in the sales counter. Customer relationships should be the first goal of any business venture.

Good collection. Friendly staffs and good service. Have parking space. Easily noticeable in normal traffic. No wheelchair accessible entrance. In the heart of the city.

Best jewellery in Kottayam for good Gold.
Making charges are comparatively high. But the purity of gold and quility of ornaments are highly recommend.

Nice shopping experience. Good customer service. Recently they have restocked every item. The main defect with this jewellery is the unavailability of parking ground. But they provides another ground which is almost 1km away from the shop to park vehicles. And they drop us at the showroom in their vehicle. 'Rudhi', the antique collection is beautiful.

It is one of the oldest jewellery shop in the city This is a branch of the other Bhima gold jewellery shops across the state. The gold is brieved to be authentic here. There are Goldsmiths in the ground floor and customers can avail this facility. They handle gold from other jewellery too. Car parking is not available in front of the shop however valet service is available to and from the car parking space located a little away from the shop.

Till we purchase the Jwellery, service was nt bad, sales person ws gud, as soon as i paid the bill, everything changed, no one ws thr to answr our queries, the person who sits in cash counter, a female employee who ws pathetic doesn't k w wat s custmr service, she behavd as if she paid the bill for our purchase.
