My experience with bhima gold is poor. I purchased gold for my wedding from there. Though their making charges are high, we trusted their gold's quality. But I don't think they assure the same for us. One of my bangles broke within one month and when I asked them for a replacement they denied. And on repairment beauty of that bangle gone. I never recommend Bhima over other jewellers to my family or friends. Please value our money.

But. പണിക്കൂലിയിൽ ഒരു വിട്ടുവീഴ്ചയും പ്രതിക്ഷിക്കരുത് ശരാശരി ഒരു 15% പണിക്കൂലി പ്രതിക്ഷിച്ച് പോയാൽ മതി.

Good place to take gold or silver, but seems like their gold ornaments making charges are somewhat higher than some shops near by.

Bhima is one of the old time favourite jewellery shop in kochi. This time visited to buy a diamond ring. Compared to few new gen shops the collection is less however whatever they have are good enough to go with. I had checked the collection of 4 different shops in Cochin finally ended up here and purchased. I was perplexed with 3 rings and after multiple iterations decided to go with the biggest one especially when I am not paying

Traditional is what usually people say about Bhima, but I would say it's more than that. Loved the purchase ️

Update: procedures are straight forward, but its a typical govt office sort of. Bit slow, and made us to wait for sometime

The most trusted jeweller in kochi. I won't say, they've the best and the most contemporary designs. But, everybody trusts their gold. They've Parking space behind the building.

Nice silver outlet. This is situated near to the MG Road metro station. Has got a lot of collection of silver items. Good staffs too.

Of all the jewelry stores in the city, Bhima has one of the best customer service offerings. The silver palace is no exception. All the staff members are incredibly helpful and helped us pick some beautiful dainty silver and rose gold jewelry. They helped us pack each piece with care including one piece which I wanted to be packed as a gift. A couple of drawbacks in the showroom is, one there is no seating area near the display so we have to pick jewelry by standing which can be tiring. Second is the limited parking space, which can be solved if we come prepared mentally.

The biggest silver shop in Kochi which sells both traditional and trendy silvery jewellery. They have these cute earrings and other accessories which I love!

There is no much collection available.
They just have some standardized models that they informed that it was outsourced.

I went to get an anklet and not only the required size but also no variations in the model was seen.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced so far. Visited the shop 2 times. First time it was ok, but after the second visit, decided to not go there any more. The staffs are very impolite and they
were not willing to show most of their collections (The staff from the kids's chain section). You will loose your temper if you go there. I ended up leaving the shop without buying anything.please perefer someother place.

Bhima Silver Palace. Near Woodlands Junction and Walkable distance from Ernakulam MG Road. The making charges is very high as compared to other branded Silver Jewellery. And for the Kid's item's limited collections and stock. Usually they are promoting the silver Momentos, Silver plates and glasses. As compared to my purchases they are not showing the interest to promote the ornaments to the customers, so I feel very bad impression about them. And parking space is very limited
