One and only Air conditioned auditorium in Tirur area. Ample space for parking, sufficient seating capacity. However, dining hall seating capacity is insufficient.

Super convention center in Tirur. Structure is the trademark of this building. Auditorium has large sitting capacity is a plus point. Has large parking area both for four wheelers and two wheelers. Four approach roads are there from four sides. The only problem found with this new auditorium is the orthodox characters shown to facility. Even for hand wash ladies and gents have two opposite sides.

A big convention centre with sufficient parking facility. If yo think to conduct a function with more than 2000 people it is suitable. Good hall and stage. Just 1.5 km from Tirur railway station and bus stand. Well maintained hall, toilets, wash room and surroundings. Plants are improve the beauty of surroundings. A prayer hall also there.

Spacious but hard to reach from other places of Kerala. Heavy traffic around the place. Dining hall for less space to move around

Spacious. But entrance to the dining hall is facilitated more for the lift user than the one who approaches through a regular door, especially when there is a crowd.

Great place and attractive auditorium. Just away from the city nature it will help to function programs, easy notices from normal traffic, large parking slot (including underground wallet). Lift facility available from underground parking slot to 3rd floor. Its like an cinema theatre.
