FRUITS AND VEGETABLES ARE OLD STOCK MOST OF THE DAYS, ARROGANT STORE SUPERVISORS AND STAFF, FALSE BILLING ISSUES, MULTIPLE Times SAME EXPERIENCE AND FEEDBACK FROM MY FRIENDS TOO. (To, Empire Retail Company in Wayanad).

Decent collection of groceries and vegetables. Had a good tea shop which serve Dum tea in front

Have been a customer since it's inception. Yet the owner shows arrogant/egoistic attitude. Stopped visiting it from today.

Medium size supermarket. Although prices are not competing as compared to Reliance Fresh but members do get discount.

I visited Big Fresh Thoppumpady, on my way to home. I had a little purchased like curd, Paneer, Masala etc. After making my payment I was surprised that they have Lucky Draw coupon which you have to fill some details like, the bill no.name, address, telephone no.it is a good professionalism. But in the coupon they didnt mention the date of Lucky Draw and the prizes. I hope in future they rectified the mistake and the draw should be in Big Fresh complex itself. Otherwise public will think it is a kind of Show to increase sell.
